One of the least likely Liquor stores that I would drive to. I feel bad to give it the lowest rating possible but I don't see any reasons - positive - that would tempt me to think otherwise. It is not a laundry list of negatives but the points are bad enough for me to avoid this place for better or for worse: - Expensive: That is really the clincher for me. Not being one of those who needs to trek cross border to NH liquor stores for any tax free alcohol cravings, I am quite content with paying the extra premium that we pay here in the commonwealth. But if a bottle of simple Vodka is about five bucks expensive as compared to every other liquor store in the vicinity, that is sheer - not acceptable - a situation for me. Just too expensive. AND the prices are on the higher side across the board. - Store Size: You have to go in to believe how tiny this store is. Again, no disrespect to anyone, but for someone who can be classified anything between a medium to a small sized guy here, I dreaded walking down aisles - wondering when I will knock a few bottles off the shelves. I literally turned around when I saw another patron walking down the aisle - not wanting to - again, bring a few bottles of Bacardis crashing down. I understand the owners decided to make the most of tiny little space to shove in as many bottles of everything under the sun, but it was just too claustrophobic an experience. - Location: Possibly in one of the worst strip malls of Neponset circle. It is OK to get in and park your car in the decent sized parking lot shared between Walgreens and Staples. But try getting out and better still, good luck if you are trying to merge in to the lane that takes you either to 93N or Morissey / Galivan Blvd. Your car will be either sitting at the lot exit forever or be responsible for a traffic jam - catching the wrath and curses of everyone you blocked behind - especially those going towards good ol Quincy. The only occasions I have ventured into this store is when I am getting off of 93 and find this store right next to the exit ramp and decide to pop in for a bottle of something for which I don't have to drive an extra mile - only to be disappointed for all the above reasons. Last night actually, I went it, saw the price of one of things I wanted to be about $7 more than I usually get it at another store, left the place and drove an additional mile and a half and got the same thing somewhere else. Fortunately it was quite late in the night and I did not cause any traffic jams. I did walk swiftly through the aisles and didn't knock any bottles off too. Win! read more

They are a very nice family and very helpful. I like to shop local mom and pop places. Around the holidays one year, the wife gave me a free bottle of wine because I shop there so much! Not sure of the low ratings. They are doing something right because they are still there. Hope more people visit to keep them in business and not let big corporations in!! read more

Will never go back. Don't trust this people. The product behind the cash register don't have price tags. They don't scan the bar code they just give you the price. I saw a item with the tag when ring up the tag was gone and he said that the price was inside the bottle. read more

Poor/no availability of local spirits, and the employees are clueless as to their own stock. Anytime I've asked for help finding something, I have to repeat myself several times due to a language barrier and then they have no idea what they do or don't carry. Probably a good place if all you want is Bud Light or Absolut. read more

The giant billboard finally drew me in. That and I was already in the parking lot. The inside of this place is like a very cramped storage room and the wine is set up like someone's disorganized, private collection. The effort is there with wine region signs but there was no follow through when it came to having the correct bottles under them. At the back was a miscellaneous arrangement of bottles, half without price tags which could have been a discount shelf, but considering how the rest of the store was set up, this could have been a spot light display. I clearly must have looked suspicious for actually checking out the wine because everyone who came in, bee-lined it to the beer fridge. As one friend put it, it's the Ocean State Job Lot of liquor stores. If anything else, I'd go to a different store for some elbow room. read more

I'm finally done with this place. It's location provides convenience, but that's about it. A few years back this place changed hands and was purchased by an Asian family. The mother or matriarch is the only one who greets customers and recognizes repeat customers. Everyone else who works there will just scowl at you. I'm just sick or being treated like some kind of perp by the employees. Last time I was there I had to wait until the kid (son?) behind the counter got off his cell phone to ring me up. He was having a heated discussion with his credit card company over a late charge. No sense of customer service at all. Combine the above with prices that are much higher than the competition and the lousy beer selection and I am sad to say I will never set foot in that place again. read more

Saw the sign on the highway and wanted to buy some wines and beer. Selections were excellent though a little messy. Prices were ok. In and out with no problems and would definitely come here again. read more

Not sure where the low ratings and excessive dollar signs came from, but I guess people around here get up in arms about their liquor stores. In truth, it's a small cramped wine and spirits store run by an immigrant Chinese family. If you can see past the clutter and language barrier, it's really not unlike any other liquor store I've been to. They might not nave pretentious wine tastings on the weekend, but they've always had what I was looking for whether it was my favorite shipyard brew or a specific type of wine. The prices run slightly higher than normal but I come here for the convenience (it's right off the highway and they accept out of state IDs). Go somewhere else if u need someone to hold your hand while you buy alcohol, but this place gets the job done. read more

I was a regular customer, until they started selling me warm beer. (for the third time) The kid behind the counter took a bit of an attitude when I brought this to his attention. No more,I'll go to supreme liquors even if it means a longer walk. read more
