Maureen gave me the best exam I have ever had at a dentist. She took all the measurements of my mouth, including all the X-rays, and then used this new technology to capture images of my entire mouth. I could then view them on the screen. And gave me an excellent cleaning. Gentle with no pain. Additionally, Dr. Glackin was amazing. He is smart, funny, and gives it to you stright, but does not make you feel bad about anything. When he came in and looked, he went over all of Maureen's work and then checked each of my teeth. I have to go back for some more work, but I will not even give it a thought because they all made me feel so comfortable. They've reached out to an attorney to collect an outstanding $150 after I already paid over $600 for scans they insisted on doing and was told would be covered. This attorney has been aggressively trying to contact me by reaching out to my place of work and family members... over a bill of $150. I will be paying the bill in order to put this matter to bed and it seems Peter Pruden needs this $150 way more than I do.

I recently received a bill for these appointments and when I called to discuss her secretary Rebecca was very rude. She interrupted me throughout the conversation and made inaccurate statements regarding my visits. Rebecca explained that I denied a crown which is false. I asked why the Dr would continue to see me to make adjustments if I was denying a crown and her recommendation was to get one. I have never had a negative experience like this and my wife and I will not be going back. We are also in the process of filing multiple claims for damage to surrounding tooth area due to her work. Dr. Matlach was the most thorough dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to some amazing dentists. He explained what he was looking at and why he was looking at them. He also showed me some things I could fix cosmetically and assured me my teeth looked great and we only had to do it if I wanted. The hygienist, Genene, was so amazing and gave me a lot of tips on how to care for my teeth and what can affect them. This establishment is amazing and everyone working there was so kind and helpful. I left overly satisfied with my care and will definitely be recommending it to others.
