The Doctor explained each treatment throughly, and made almost painless injections due to her steady hand and perfect placement. This was my first visit and I'm very impressed. At my previous Medical Spa, I would see the doctor very rarely, almost always being treated by a technician. Being treated by the doctor directly, in a calm, non-rushed manner was fantastic. The results are just what I was hoping for.

She took a lot of time to help me understand the procedure and allowed me time to ask all of my questions. I really appreciated her patience and diligence in educating me on the procedure. She also thoroughly explains procedures and answers questions with grace. She is also excellent at creating a calm and tranquil environment during her treatments. Overall, I highly recommend Radiance Medical Aesthetics and Wellness Spa. Such a wonderful staff- from the front desk to the esthetician to Dr. Parker.

Carolyn is an incredible teacher and is so so supportive-- no matter what your struggling with. She provides guided meditation that you get to take home with you. During your session she makes wonderful audio recordings that she then sends you for future use. The recordings include soothing music- can even be of your choosing. When you are done with her session (often 2 plus hours long) you have a sense of peace and accomplishment. Often I feel like I am in a permanent superhero stance! I can not express in words the value of her work. You just need to open your mind and let her lead you towards your own solutions.

I have multiple chronic illnesses. I first saw Carolyn before any diagnoses, when I thought it was all "in my head." First, she fixed my insomnia (which I'd had since early childhood). Then she helped me reduce anxiety and accept whatever symptoms remained. Perhaps most importantly, though, she helped me find self-compassion, which unlocked a lot of healing. Once the diagnoses came, she would "speak" to the cells in my body. I am largely a skeptic in life, but the way she explains this really made a lot of sense to me. Our bodies have innate understanding of what's wrong and how to heal. Even if we consciously can't grasp it, relaxation and visualizing the changes we want to see can help guide the body in righting the wrongs. It especially made sense for my POTS and MCAS diagnoses, as one is the dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system (precisely what we're "speaking" to in hypno) and the other is an over-active immune system. My time in the Wellspring office is some of the most relaxed I've ever felt in my life. The best part, though, is that you get to keep the recordings! I've often thought in therapy sessions "well, this is all well and good, but what about in the middle of the night when I'm alone, in pain, and can't sleep?" -- the recordings make it possible to continue the guided practice whenever you need it!

Every massage feels completely personalized to what my body needs that day. She is especially amazing at finding areas I didn't even realize were contributing to pain or tightness and explaining how everything is connected. I also love that she gives practical suggestions for stretches and things I can do between appointments instead of just sending me on my way. She's professional, intuitive, genuinely caring, and incredibly good at what she does. You can tell she truly loves helping people feel better in their bodies. This isn't just a relaxing massage, it's a truly holistic experience. If you're looking for someone who goes beyond a basic massage and really understands anatomy, movement, and how the body works as a whole, I highly recommend her!

First up is the atmosphere: this is not your run of the mill fit club largely due to its bright environs (the floor to ceiling windows make up much of the wall space here); It's stylish, has decor, live plants which make it all seem very inviting. It is uber clean inside, no off aromas like some 24 hour place I know that brags about not being judgmental, but I wish they judged the cleanliness and aromas in their gyms. Anyway, there is a swimming pool (kept at a really comforting temperature) that also serves for aquatic exercise class, and some physical therapy sessions. The land type offerings include state-of-the-art, brand new and well maintained (think cleanliness here) equipment (there seems to be something for everyone with respect to equipment). Finally the people who work here are stellar in my estimation. They are kind, relaxed, professional, and the list could go on and on. It's just really un empty place. I'm so glad that I found it. The only downside if there could be one would be the hours that they are opened because it's basically 7 AM to 6 PM which can be somewhat limited for from some people's perspective. No biggie for me. I just love the place and highly recommend it!
