Found out I had a severe pelvic tilt that was causing me to put more weight on my right foot. I started with physical therapy. Decided to see what a chiropractor thought of my SPT. Tilyr was great. Took X-rays and had me get on a scale to see how much weight was placed on each foot. He explained to me what was really causing me to sprain my ankle!
