They sold two houses for us in under 12 weeks, a great achievement in current market conditions.(although we did reduce the price considerably) We had 5 estate agents come to value the property, but Jonathan Swire was the only one that wasn't pushy and that we felt we could trust. They are also the only estate agent to advertise your property in the local newspaper EVERY week, as well as the usual website exposure. They kept us well informed at every stage and we feel did a fantastic job - they also charged the least fee! The office is well presented and the staff are friendly and courteous. Recommended.

This is an estate agent located in the main street in Ramsbottom. It is also affiliated with Fine…read moreand Country. We recently purchased a house through this agency and found the staff to be most helpful and friendly. There is a selection of properties in the window and also on the walls inside. They also have a website which is fantastic, as you are able to go on a 'virtual' tour of the rooms of any house you are interested in. Parking has to be on a side street, as it is on a main road. The staff were helpful, polite and courteous and we received good communication throughout.

We left a property that we had been in for 7 years and was very happy there untill Hyde took over…read more as landlord..we got a small dog and was refused to keep him despite us being responsible dog owners(and offered extra bond to keep him)..we redecorated the property every year at our own cost and even replaced the flooring in the kitchen dinner .(they had the cheek to charge to fit beading we purchased and left in the property). I had an experiance today when I was viewing 2 houses which was terrible, as both houses are empty I had an emploee taking me round. My first house, I turned up 15 minutes late but I told Ryder and Dutton about this and they spoke to the rep. My next appointment was also with him, so I thought I didnt have to worry. When I arrived, it was not a nice house at all with just a gate on a driveway filled with pot holes, no one was there. I phoned up Ryder and Dutton only to find out he had gone to his next appointment! Which was with me! I couldnt make it there as I was walking to these properties and by the time I was to make it their. he would of left due to being late. I would defiantly not reccomened Ryder and Dutton because of this incident, I told them I was going to be late and with his next appointment being also with me, he had no excuse to leave expecially without the courtsey of receiving a phone call to Ask Where I was and Inform me of this.

One of a multitude of issues was that it took nearly 6 months of chasing to get some monies I was owed from them back!!
