Antonella, the store manager is great. Enjoyed chatting with her re. various designers and products.
Overall as much as i like Alessi (except their too cutesy items), my experience with them in the US has been hit or miss. Their shop in San Francisco is good. Chicago store closed. NYC store has had their fair share of not great salespeople (and a couple of good ones - thanks).

My son and i visited the ship around 10 days ago and bought a few products that they were kind enough to ship to me, else i had to buy an extra suitcase.
