Teresa was all over the place but working on my hair, very aggressive hair techniques, blochy blond highlights no technique. The picture looks nothing like what I got. I was then charged 165 euros and she had no explanation. If you are not Italian, I don't recommend this salon. I did see some good work from the male that was working there but unfortunately my hair was awful. NOTE this wasn't a break down in communication but a true "take advantage" of travelers. Paul Mitchell should be ashamed of himself.

So when I walked in the salon staff were very gentile also the owner of the salon. He didn't speak to much English but he did communicated with me with a table pc, trying to make sure the hair cut I wanted was the right one. I think this guy knows perfectly how to treat good his costumers, and that is very valuable for me. Anyway, he did exactly the hair cut I wanted it and it was beautiful!! I felt very comfort, confident and very satisfied with any details inside the salon and the owner's work!!! I definitely will go back again when I return to Napoli!!!
