I am very unhappy with the pricing charged for the ride from Auckland International Airport to Bishopgate Street, Birkdale. I thought I would try your company and immediately regretted my decision less than one minute after I got into the taxi. I watched in horror as the fare ticked up and up at an unbelievable rate ---- When driving at highway speed, the fare went up at the rate of $20c per second! By the time I reached my destination (36km) the fare on the meter was well over $150 NZD----over twice the rate for an Uber! I voiced my dissatisfaction to the driver and he gave me a $10 discount but even then I still have to pay $140 NZD. This is daylight robbery! I was so angry with this when I got home, I went through your website to book a taxi----the same ride was quoted on your website for $114----a lot less than what I got charged. For your reference, for the same ride, Uber quoted for $73.4 NZD---less that half of the price your company is charging! I would like to let you know that I am a very unhappy customer and I will never use your services again, and I will make sure to tell my colleagues and friends to stick to uber instead of your company. Param will not meet a disabled person standing and waiting for him. He will open the car door and demand that the disabled person with a walker to come to him. Even though it is obvious I could not move. Param started calling me a cunt. Also, in a 10km zone, surprise surprise does 80km. Pathetic driver and company. Absolutely lazy and disgraceful.
