This place is much smaller than most Amish markets that I've been to. But the quality vendors inside made the drive well worth it. I grabbed a smoothie, a pretzel, and a meal from the bbq counter... The surprise item I found there was at a poultry vendor. They make their own all natural ground dog food. $6 for a quart, and my daughter's dog loved it.. I likely won't be down that way again until Spring. But I will make a day out of it by stopping in the zoo and the nearby lake.

Recently I was able to get some really nice red skinned Japanese sweet potatoes, for instance. Also has a large nursery for plants and especially trees and shrubs - you can get large sized trees here cheaper than if you go to one of the big stores like Home Depot. Good deals on plants and flowers near the end of each season as well - I just bought home tons of daffodils to plant for next season for just $1/pot with about 15 bulbs in each pot!

I ordered pastor tacos, being 20 minutes away from Julis, and it was still very hot when i drove 10 minutes to get home. The quality of the pastor meat was authentic, and the salsa consistency was thick. The tacos were loaded with meat and come with two tortillas to each taco. The ambiance was very friendly and welcoming. 10 out of 10 stars. Definitely recommend.
