Nearly every rack had vlothing on the floor in #Abundance. Had I thought about I should have taken photos and sent them into there cooperate office. Hmmmm next time I will. This mall also has a gourmet shop of gourmet wines, gourmet cooking and marinating oils and gourmet marinade sauces as well. I can't remember the store's name right off but it's filled with very very large glass canisters in the wall that you can fill bottles of any size tiny, small to very large of the different wines and products you'd love to purchase. The bead jewelry store is called The P Cookery. Also on the bottom floor entrance of mall is an Ice Cream shop. Eis La Lana or La Luna. You can get €1 scoops and or order fancy ice cream desserts w/ fancy fresh fruit fixings. This mall also has a T.K. Maxx which is known as TJ Maxx in the USA. Nice for all the americans thats missing some home. There's other shops as well that are worth visiting in this mall. I frequent this place because I make jewelry. So for the crafty hands this is definitely the place to go.

This is a brand new mall across from the castle, so about a 10 minute walk from the train station…read more I stopped in another mall closer to the station and like this one a lot better -- more food options, a nice grocery store in the basement, a large consumer electronics store (Saturn), and a TK Maxx (seems to be the same as a TJ Maxx in the US). There was also a natural foods store with a lot of gluten free options. And for kids, they have cookie baking afternoons and offer ponies on wheels to ride around the ground floor. Sooo cute! Too bad they don't make them for adults :)

I love Aldi, especially in Germany! In the US, they are mostly on the east coast which makes me sad…read morebut in Germany they are everywhere. I love the prices and the selection. They carry fresh fruits and veggies as well as wines. The best part is finding local cheese and spreads which are inexpensive. I honeslty can't wait to return to Germany to visit the Aldi store. Also, they have the carts with special coin to release just like in the US where it asks for a Quarter.
