It should be noted that I am somewhat of a veteran in undergoing aesthetic and anti aging services. Never fake or overdone. Never pushed or oversold-- quite the opposite. The design is exquisite. Every detail from the water offered in a beaker glass to the faux-bois mural is world-class. And the facility is always immaculate, which is a non-negotiable requirement for me. The staff is nothing short of exceptional. Michael is a true artist and a gentleman. Nick is an overachiever and literal ray of sunshine. Brooke is the gorgeous and cool big sister that takes care of you and knows how to have fun. And Tracy the owner is a savvy yet humble queen. We went over some of the information, to make sure that my skin was prepped and ready to go for this procedure. I felt very safe in her knowledgeable hands. She is really knowledgeable in what she does!! Lissie, performed a RF micro needling session on me called SLYFIRM X. It is something that I need to do multiple sessions of, but the benefits are absolutely amazing. They took the time to educate me on what I was having done, how it would effect my skin through each part of the process and what I can expect as far as results. They weren't judgy and didn't try to pressure me into additional services or purchases. I've had great results from my first two treatments and look forward to my third laser treatment.
