Every transaction has been very smooth. Jeff has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call, email, or text no matter what time of the day or night it was. It was extremely comforting to know that he was always there to help us through the process. Jeff has also managed our properties for many years until they decided to sell their property management business, which was really devastating for us. While he was managing our properties, he took care of absolutely everything, from our tenants to anything that may need to be fixed. We never had to step in at all! Jeff is dependable, professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful, trustworthy, and a wonderful person over all. We consider Jeff a great friend and would highly recommend him to anyone who is searching for a new home, an investment property, or simply need an advice. Not only does Bill deliver superb service his support staff at Pacific Sotheby's and their affiliates are impeccable. For our sale and purchase, we were looking to stay downtown and so we were looking for downtown experts. Bill is probably an expert of other San Diego neighborhoods, but I can say for sure he is definitely a downtown expert. He knows the insider details about the condos in downtown including architectural flaws, litigation, the unique atmosphere and culture of each building, about the different homeowner's associations, etc. Bill is a current downtown resident and has lived downtown for years. He has resided in multiple condos. He used to live in our former condo in Cortez Hill and he also used to live in our new condo we purchased in the Marina District. Needless to say he had working knowledge of both buildings more than what you can get from any flier. I loved the personalized service. Bill saw a unit in City Front Terrace in Marina District and knew it was right for us. That was the first unit we saw and that was the unit we ended up purchasing even though we toured multiple other properties. We are very happy in our new home. Thank you, Bill!

Not only did he get us WAY more for…read morethe sale of our condo then we thought was possible (about $30k more!), but he then turned that profit into our dream home! Dan found us a house that - surprisingly- me and my husband both loved. We knew there was a slim chance that we would win the bidding war on our small budget, but out of 13 other offers, ours was accepted! We were later told by the seller that our offer was accepted because our Realtor was so organized and easy to work with. I truly believe that we would still be hunting had we been working with any other Realtor, and our dream home would've gone to someone else. We still pinch ourselves that it's actually ours! If not for Dan and his expertise, we would still be living in our tiny little condo instead of settling into a beautiful home with a spacious lot and room to grow. We very happily, highly recommend his services, Dan Markley is THE best in the business. -Jenny & Harry Seaboldt

We ultimately found a home and Arji really began to shine during the negotiation process. He was able to get us the home below asking price, with considerable seller concessions. We ended up paying well below VA appraised value (which is really unheard of in the present market). He also handled our loan, which couldn't have been easier.
