My husband have follow up appointment from the hospital. He adviced my husband to do angiogram. My husband refused to do it. He told my husband. Just go to home depot and buy shovel and start digging your grave and don't call me if you have a stroke. I can't believe he said that. He is not a professional person. Is that a kind of doctor HCA hospital hired. If your a professional person you don't say that to to your patient. He has a right what he decided to his body. Aside from that hus so arrogant telling him don't call me if you have a stroke. He think his the only doctor in ocala. Men you go back to your country and practices your profession there. You run your mouth like your in Puerto Rico. What a shame. read more

Dr. Gonzalez kept me waiting 1-1/2 hours for my appointment. He never apologized. When I told him I was frustrated because of the wait he told me to go see another doctor and refused to give me treatment. He acted both rude and unprofessional. I went to see him because my GP said I had a clot on my leg that needed to be looked at. read more

I then went to see a different doctor to repair the damage caused by Chandra. The NEW doctor did a great job and fixed the damage caused by Chandra. you will notice that after you have your operation Chandra is GONE, he will not be there to talk to you about the operation. that is b/c he is probably working on the next patient. After my operation they put me into ICU, for a week. It took the entire nursing staff, the supervising nurse, to request that Dr. Chandra come visit me and to talk to me. He finally arrived to see me 3 days later and spent 2 seconds looking at my wound. Chandra overbooks his clients. So, when an operation goes over, he has 3 or 4 other people waiting in the pre-op room and he just goes rapidly through them. Again, please find a different doctor I had a VERY BAD experience with him. Thank you.

He said surgery was required and we'd be getting it done in November of 25. Here it is January of 26 and the surgery is still not even scheduled. I have found that Dr. Carter says he's going to do something and does not follow through. I have experience this in his actions at least six to seven times. I've even told him its ok if he doesn't want to do it. I can go to someone else, or if he needs to wait to do it. I just need to know a true estimate of time. He has talked to me about scheduling it three different dates now but never actually set the surgery up. I have all my medical clearance stuff done. Will I ever get the surgery? I guess I need to call my insurance company and see about another surgeon doing it. I just don't know what else to do right now. So wish me luck. I called his office today and asked for the surgery date. He wasn't there. That happens a lot. If I don't get the information I have requested by tomorrow I guess I'll be calling my insurance company for help. He is a nice man. I guess hes not organized or something.

I discussed this with the receptionist and she apologized, but did nothing. It's understandable if a doctor runs late because they're spending time with patients. In this case, he simply sat and chatted, during my appointment time, to a couple of men who didn't belong there during the workday without merit. Very unprofessional and no one seemed to care. It was my first visit. Wasn't seen. The receptionist didn't/couldn't do anything. I had to leave. The nurse who took my vitals was, however, great. No complaints about her. It's a shame the rest of the visit went so poorly. Now I have to find another doctor and wait, again, until I can see them. They clearly don't value other people's time. My appointment was booked well in advance. There was no good reason for this. Plain negligence and lack of care. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. This could have been easily resolved if the doctor had told these men he had patients and to visit him when he had free time. The receptionist should have told the doctor he had a patient who had been waiting, and, not allowed the men to just waltz in the way they did. Truth be told, I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews. But this experience was just too bad to stay quiet about. People need to know this isn't acceptable. Patients should always come first. The staff ought to treat them with the dignity and care they deserve. I'll never go back.

I was used to doctors that overbooked and barely spent 5 minutes with you. Dr. Hasan spent quite a lot of time with me. He asked questions and gave recommendations. Dr. Hasan talks to you, not at you. It is obvious Dr. Hasan really cares about his patients and loves his occupation. He is not a pill pusher like many doctors are nowadays. I look forward to seeing Dr. Hassan again.

Physicians are good. Billing office is the worst. My insurance provider BCBS called the office to…read moreask cost of a procedure and was told one price but the office billed it differently . No co-pay was required at time of visit (they require payment before you see your provider) but now stating there is a balance due. Second time I have had a dispute on billing. The first instance ending up with credit on my account which was used the day of the above procedure.
