I accepted dome and refused others. One additional service that I accepted was ear piercing. I was satisfied with the services I received. However on Monday Jan 01, one of the earrings fell out while I was in the shower. I returned on January 04 to let them know and to re-pierce the ear. When I asked about it, they advised me that they would be more than happy to re- pierce, but at a cost of & $45.00. Needless to say I was not going to pay to re-pierce, and attempted to reason with them. They attempted to blame me at that point. "You must not have turned it on your ear" etc. I would not return there. They are only interested in the dollar, and have no interest in customer satisfaction. This business is receiving one star because I cannot give less. Never again .*

Recommended to me by my sister who used to live here. My stylist was Lacey. You can tell the stylists here really care about their clients- even new clients! She always fits me in for a cut and colour even though my schedule is often jam packed! I love the colour she helped me pick out and my hair feels better than it has in years! It's a long wait between colouring and cut so anticipate being here for a few hours! They make it worth it though by offering coffee or cappuccinos! Love this place, love the way I feel when I leave. Keep up the good work!!
