They were very prompt to answer the phone and answer all the questions I had. They also made room for me in the schedule even though they said they were pretty booked up, I really appreciated that. My only complaint was that there was one small spot that got missed in the kitchen but it was very small and not a big deal. Overall I was very happy with the work and If I do any moving again I will use them!

As it's on the 4th floor of a 5 story building pressure washing was not a reasonable option. This was a big job that I knew would probably take me an entire day and a lot of elbow grease. Sheila from Spotless replied to my message within an hour and offered to come and see the problem area so she could give me a fair quote. Her price was well below the prices suggested by other companies and she and her partner did such an amazing job!
