I live close to this business and have driven past it for years. I didn't really think it was a retail distributor or open to non-business customers so I never dropped in. Recently in the last year I notice signs that said "Open to the Public" so I decided to drop in. Monica likes going to HESCO in the north side for her kitchen supplies but the only problem is that it is only open during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Alberta Food Equipment has similar hours but since it is on my drive to and from work I sometimes have the opportunity to stop in. I've been in a few times now, and brought my Mom with me on one trip. They have some great items that you would be hard pressed to find in most retail kitchen shops.
