I should be beaten with a teal blue stick for writing a review for an AH supermarket. However, Groningen has one of the most beautiful AH's in all of the Netherlands. Not only is the architecture classic and great, the selection is actually better than most AH's we get in some neighborhoods of mighty Amsterdam. So if you need something, a bite to eat or a snack for later, youll find big and small size stuff here. Have a look and forget that you ever read a review of a supermarket. read more

Super convenient location right in the middle of town. I was able to stock up on all of my Dutch necessities: chocolate sprinkles for my morning toast and "stroopwafeln" cookies. read more
