I arrived at Trieste port from the cruise ship, walked over the street, and saw the hotel that I will be staying at on the next day. I was very surprised that I will be moving my luggages from the ship over to the hotel with just a few steps. It was the most convenient move ever! The hotel itself was amazing! Beautiful, super clean, and the staffs here are so nice. Service is beyond my expectation. We arrived early. Matteo made every effort to get the room ready for me as fast as he can. He was so accommodating. Really appreciate this as we needed a place to rest. Breakfast was great! View of my cruise ship. Leunijt was amazing! He made sure customers are taken care of.
