Really understanding , kind staff who don't make you feel judged by needing there services. They are accommodating and easy to work with.

Being in Ak. for a good year, and fighting severe depression, I was passed around at UAA with student therapist. I was happy to finally be seeing a full time therapist at Alaska Behavioral Health. Today was my first appointment. After the first couple minutes I was shocked how Un compassionate my Therapist was.Telling me outright, "she was not there to be my friend"! Asking me questions I didn't know how to answer and making me feel bad about it. When I mentioned that I was possibly going to leave state in Oct. she pretty much escorted me out of the building, No matter what condition I was in. I would NOT recommend this place and service to anyone. Especially if you're fighting severe depression. read more

they are so nice, my therapist spesifi is understandin and a great listener. my psychiatrist is super sweet and understanding
