History
Established in 2021.
We started with a table, a duffle, and a Volkswagen bug, seeing patients from Berkeley to Hayward. Over the years, we've offered more services, shorter care plans, and better results. Our priority is patient-centered, evidence-based care with treatments that adapt to meet patients where they are. With extensive training in movement assessments, McKenzie Directional Technique, chiropractic adjusting and alternative adjusting techniques, as well as exercise therapy, patients get a comprehensive plan to not only get them out of pain, but set a foundation for healthy movement for the rest of their life.
Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Whit V.
After "dealing with" chronic insomnia, body stiffness, and headaches for a large portion of my life, I was about ready to "throw in the towel".
I had dealt with these issues for so long that I assumed it was a fore-gone conclusion that this would be my life.
After my wife convinced me to see a chiropractor, I had an immediate recession of my insomnia, and was able to regularly sleep through the night for the first time in my life. My body felt better, my mind felt less stressed, and I started to see a life where feeling like crap wasn't my "normal".
I focus on trauma-informed, patient-centered care to empower my patients to regain confidence in moving their body. This allows them to improve their productivity, decrease pain, and engage in activities which promote a healthier life.
I teach my patients why they have pain, how to deal with it in healthily, and how to improve their overall function and quality of life, enabling them to take control of their health for the long term.
