When I was rear-ended in a car accident, I went to the ER and notified my insurance company. Right…read moreaway I knew that neither had my best interests. My car insurance company basically said I was on my own and to call the other guy's insurance company. This is when I called Long and Long. Without representation, I think I would have been stuck with large medical bills, loss of wages, and left with financial losses. Alan and Katlyn set me at ease and took on my case. They made the difficult navigation of the insurance claims, medical bills, and even the military side of claims easy. This allowed me to focus more on recovery than having the stress and worry of doing this myself. When you are injured and in pain, the last thing you want to deal with is the claims, bills, hang-up calls, denial of liability, etc. Once everything was done, all the bills paid, and lawyers paid, I received a settlement that far exceeded my expectations. I am so happy that I called Long and Long as it was the best decision I could have made after my accident. If you have been in an accident, I highly recommend you call Long and Long. They were honest, trustworthy, informative, and realistic in all that they told me while exceeding all of my expectations every step of the way.
