As has been posted on Yelp here about Raquel, she is an instant responder, whether it's via call OR text. That's just as important in my opinion, as the fabulous cleaning job she performed!! Communication is all but lost these days, and it's refreshing to have an owner of a service company be a communicator. :-) Oh yeah.....and the job....... Squeaky Clean!! Mom loved her. I reached out to the company to express my disappointment and seek resolution. The woman expressed her sympathies and requested photos. She stated upon review of the photos she would release a "partial refund" which I thought was ridiculous to begin with. They should have either given a full refund or offered to come back to redo it. We received $50 back and no offer to remedy the issue of the apartment not being properly cleaned! Would not recommend this company at all. Photos speak for themselves. What did we spend $200 for exactly?

Joe and his team are absolute professionals and extremely hard workers. Joe knows his business…read morewell and it shows in the quality of his work, and his work ethic. I had a sewer line back up recently and the Global One team was on-site same day and had everything cleaned up, better than new, within a couple of hours. They cleaned every nook and cranny in my basement and eliminated all evidence of a waste water problem. I couldn't have been more pleased. Additionally, his rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
