We had reserved without knowing the seating plan and ended up being seated in the room. I would have preferred the atrium but with the music being a bit loud, the room was ended being the best option. We had the meatballs with mint for starters. It was quite good though the last touch of olive oil may have been a bit too much. The mint salad was really good. As mains we tried the aubergine rice and cherry kebab. I would definitely recommend to try the cherry kebab but the rice also known as maklube had too much oil. I do have to note that the service was excellent. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. All in all, this is a nice place and the cherry kebab was a delicacy I had not tried before. However do note that there are two seating areas while reserving. I recommend the atrium.

This is a small, authentic, family run business that offers small meze plates, yogurt as well as…read morepickles. We went there around 16.00 to have a late afternoon bite. We ordered the hummus, babaganoush, tarator, biber ezme. We picked this place after carefully researching all options and it exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the food was excellent, and we were very pleased with all 4 plates we had ordered. The service was stellar. Semir is the 3rd generation owner of the restaurant and he works with his son and grandson. He greeted us warmly with a huge smile, seated us and patiently explained all the plates. The dishes come in metal plates and you sit at small tables. Do expect the best meze experience Hatay has to offer at a very reasonable price. This place is a must try in Hatay. You'll love the warm welcome, great service, and epic food. We are going to get some mezes on the go on our way back!

My friends and I at this point have resigned to the fact that ordering food in Turkish just ends up being a game of Russian Roulette. You either get what you ordered, or get something completely crazy. Ah, better learn to speak Turkish soon. My friend ordered some sort of roasted eggplant dip, another friend ordered grilled chicken, and I ordered a hot pepper dip and a spinach crepe (whatever that is). Service was pretty quick and the food was good and not too pricey. Everything in Hatay is just outrageously pricey... Overall, a decent dining experience with menus translated into English and they have Diet Coke. Ah, the little things in life make me happy. For 3 people and ample food, the bill came to less than €30. I still haven't figured it out, do you tip in Turkey?
