People or atmosphere (figurative atmosphere, of course, the real atmosphere was unbreathable in that place) was not THAT bad, but I don't think that DOGS are a good company for a bar and of course that the waitress is cuddling with them all the time... Although they served mostly drinks, I was not happy with that. I want to think it was a one night situation (don't really).
