Very friendly staff who kept their word, what more can you ask for?

I used the saving to buy a couple of other items off the "sale rail" so she got three presents for the price of one. The only confusing thing (for me) was that the ladies wear is sized small, medium, large and extra large rather than the usual 8,10,12,14, etc. I had to take a bit of a guess as to which size to get but I got some help off one of the shop assistants and thanks to her advice I managed to guess right.

Tessuti at Media City's Lowry Outlet really is a huge disappointment as I found it to offer nothing…read moreunique compared to their regular stores to even meet the offering, the store felt more like a pop-up shop rather than anything (it isn't as it's been there for many years), with most of the clothes on the easily moveable stands on wheels and no aspect to the decor modified to meet the Tessuti brand, as you see in their Manchester Arndale and Liverpool locations. The fashion selection was pretty much unorganised and they had a much smaller selection of brands compared to their other stores, I get this is an Outlet store and they won't have all the brands and all the fashion but still, even the sale section of their regular stores offers better selection and value for money, there was no single item here I saw to be good value and offer anything different to the sale sections they have at their other stores. There was only one staff member who seemed very unapproachable and disinterested, I didn't see her interact with a single customer whether that be a greeting or a transaction while I walked around the store. Considering this is one of the main stores within the Lowry which is advertised outside as you go in from the Media City enterance opposite the theatre, this store really does show the sad decline of the outlet mall which hasn't received the investment as a few steps across the river has in the other side of Media City. 1*

I just feel happy to be in the shop. I have bought my white dress from coast and really cute. But if you are small, you have to be quick to get your size. I am size6/8 and I tried on their lovely pink dress but did not buy it on that time. and when i back to the shop next time , my size was gone. i rang all stores in uk but it is all sold out! They often do some promotion such as 20% off so keep your eyes open!

Still reasonably affordable compared to some smaller outlets, coast seems to have a good combination of price and style. The store which is located on the first floor near to debenhams is clean, airy, and easily accessed. Staff are always pleasant, and recently there has been some good sale offers in store. Probably more for the older lady, but i dare you to take a look in here if you're in your 20's as there's some really nice accessories which would suit any age.

Some of the bags are literally as good as new. The older the collection the cheaper the price usually (unless it's Chanel...of course). All bags are checked for authenticity so you can rest assured you're buying a genuine item.
