Building condition is ok for your exam, at least you'll feel comfortable when you go one on one with examiner on Speaking Test. Other thing I don't like about is elevator which is pretty insufficient for IELTS exams particularly. Sometimes you might encounter to inconvenience when you attempt to roll out from elevator. I don't wanna criticize that place so badly but there's something that still need to improve in that building.

So, more about the penthouse bar. It is covered and has a great view of the meeting point of the waters of the Golden Horn and the Bosporus. You can see historical TopKapi Palace in the distance as well. A bottle of wine can be had at one of the tables. It can be especially popular around sunset. I highly recommend this place.
