People come to a restaurant to pay money to eat food. Those who work there, whether you like it or not, last time I checked part of serving is to actually acknowledge the human guests so that they can order and pay money for food so the restaurant can stay open and you can stay employed. Take a class in hospitality.

The regional beers were tasty too though oddly they didn't have the locally-brewed favorite, Wolters. The political, historical photos all over the place felt cool too. It felt like you were in a special place enjoying a slice of history with every bite. The service was reliable if a bit curt and somewhat slow. But all orders were correct. Still, I wish they had been more attentive. With faster service this would be a 5-star experience.
