I would not recommend this company. I had them come out and quote me for a job. I understood I would have to pay them for the time since it was a drive for them which I was happy to do. I also understood they charged for their property sight and assessment and was quoted a price for that. They then charged for sketchup and labor for pricing etc. They consulted other people and upcharged that part without letting me know. They then held plans hostage until I paid them. Additionally, I had started with a specific type of footing I was looking for and did all of that work and only when I paid and received the plan did they indicate that it would not be possible in my location. Have had AKL do two jobs. Both were done quickly and well! The guys did great and cleaned up well. They showed up on time. First job was estimated for two days. Guys worked hard and were done in two. The final price reflected this too! Would definitely have them back if/when needed and absolutely have no trouble referring others to them. They did a great job and I was more then satisfied.
