The sashimis are so refined they melt on your tongue, so do the sushis, the yakitori are of good meat gently roasted and dipped in japanese sauce, and gosh the best lies in the tempura, which are just perfectly fried and go heavenly with the homemade soya sauce. Jomon claims its quality, being so far the only restaurant with an official japanese food diploma. And you can feel it! While many japanese restaurant in Lille are very good and very pleasing, Jomon will always be a few steps higher and satisfy your every japanese food fantasies. If you are ready to put a little more money to eat well, just go there without hesitating, you won't be disappointed! The restaurant also offers a take away, but with a reduced menu (although the bentos to take away are just divine!!) I highly recommend this place!
