(That's when they slide the probe down next to your teeth to see how far down it can go). I told them that we could skip that part and go straight to the cleaning but the hygienist was adamant and left to get the dentist. I waited 28 minutes and when no one came back. I decided to leave. All I wanted was a cleaning and I won't be pressured into an uncomfortable procedure. I've had dentist skip this procedure before so I know it's not mandatory, but after waiting for a half hour, and then possibly having to debate the dentist on what I'm comfortable with as a patient, I decided this wasn't a good fit.

Cindy can type all she wants to about what they "strive" to do, but what they actually do is a different story. Even in 2022 they still want you to wear a mask and take your temp, just to give you an idea of how out of touch they are. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
