First, the doctor was 30 minutes late to the appointment (not good when the patient is in a lot of pain). Second, CVS didn't fill my prescribed medication because the doctor failed to properly fill out the prescription. He left out how to take so naturally CVS wouldn't fill it. Third, I called 2 times and Nicole at the front desk assured me both times that she was handling it before they closed. CVS called her 2 times as well and she told them the same. That's 4 phone calls that she assured the pharmacy and myself that she and Dr. Krishna would take care of it. They didn't, they closed the clinic for the weekend and went home instead. I really hope Nicole and Dr. Murali Krishna Maddipati have a pleasant weekend while I'm in pain. They had 4 hours to send a note to CVS and they didn't. Fourth, another sleepless night of severe pancreatitis pain because of the incompetent staff at this urgent care clinic. Trust me, go anywhere else. What a waste of a day. Now I'm off to an emergency room that'll most likely have a 9 hour wait again as they did yesterday (that's why I went to CareMed, to avoid the 9 hour wait). If I would've known that I was going to wait an entire day in severe pain for nothing to happen I would've never gone. Never again. TRUST ME, go anywhere else, for your own good.
