They also had positive attitudes and were actually very pleasent and seemed to enjoy their work at my house.... Overall thoughts...... I was skeptical at first because of the price ...but in hindsight It was worth it ...the work was fast and clean ...they were prompt and polite ....and my yard looks fantastic.... Thanks superscapers See you again soon :Food for thought: I noticed the 1 star review and I honestly couldn't believe what I was reading so I managed to look into the lady that gave the ugly review.. It seems she hates every business except her dog groomers ....2 one star reviews out of 5 ??!! Why does she leave such ugly reviews on hard working peoples business's and their livelihood. And only give 5 star reviews to people who care for her lil pookie....that's her dog I imagine.... I think there would have been nothing that would have pleased her .....

Said they had a minimum of $150 which they did not tell me when I inquired over the phone. They seem young and new to the business but have too much to learn for me to feel comfortable and they set the wrong tone with me from the start. Then tried to discredit me saying there was yelling and slamming of doors. Do not use this business!!! And now they are totally making up what happened. Unbelievable! As a twenty six year military officer I know incompetence when I see it. They need to realize that homeowners like me have ring video which shows there was no screaming, slamming (except them getting into their truck) and nothing like what they described happened. Immature desperate behavior. Hire at your own risk!!

They used an…read moreExcavator which broke a water line between my house and barn, it costed me $4,400 to repair, they refused to pay for it. The footer is not level, therefore the wall is 1/2 a foot higher on one end than on the other. The job was very poorly planned, resourced and executed. The owner clearly bit off more than he could chew. Builders used wood in an attempt to shore up the gap between the West and East side of the wall. They treated my property like a dumping ground leaving cigarette buts, packages, soda cans and food wrappers each day they came. When I politely asked them to use my trash can, they were offended. The owner removed the crew to put them on a different job, no doubt paid them with my down payment money, and abandoned my job for over three weeks. I threatened to sue him and only then he returned and had begun to build the wall again by his self (No Crew). At this point in time his quality of work was so poor I ran him off. He became so angry that he poured wet cement on my lawn, dumped crumbled hardened cement on my rock way leading to my driveway and took my sand that I had paid for. This company has no business ethics, no integrity and no customer care whatsoever so ever. I advise anyone to pass on SEA construction. They are a very bad company to do business with. Don't be their next victim.
