Even the kids gave us great feedback There are many that provide this service so why use Smiles and Beyond? - We were lucky to reach out to them last minute and they were able to come out to our party. So flexibility - across all aspects. - Pricing is very fair. The service alone was above and beyond from our experience. -- Most importantly - they went above and beyond. We had a projector and some speakers (not that great). Leo asked me if we wanted him to hook up his speaker and projector. I said no it'll do not wanting to bother. He said no, it has to be perfect and so we switched to Leo's speaker and video adapter. So glad we did! (My husband got sick last year and we had to cancel our wedding so this was a way to celebrate our union with family and friends). Leo could have stayed at the booth doing what we hired him for, instead he saw me struggling a little and offered to help. Ella and Leo even came looking for me at the end of the party before packing up just to see if there was anyone else I wanted to take a picture with - knowing I did not get to take many pictures at all while entertaining our guests. So although many will provide a service ... very few actually put people first - and Leo and Ella did just that. From our very first contact - their attention to detail and especially the caring human touch was truly impeccable. With the rain and another party to go to - they did not run out the door when the clock hit 4. Instead Leo and Ella made sure our guests and I were happy - me especially :) Would use them again and if you're shopping around - at least meet with Leo and Ella. The only thing you have to lose is possibly a vendor that cares more about your needs than the paycheck at the end of the party. And I genuinely mean that.

The photos were the classic photo booth style strips vs. the newer digital strips from most other rental companies, which was exactly what we were looking for. We designed a custom wrap for the booth to fit the creative direction of our event and it was a hit. Max was very responsive, great to work with and knowledgable. They were very apologetic, but as it turned out, we didn't notice a difference, and neither did our guests. The machine made two copies of each pic, and the attendant couldn't have been nicer. She was very helpful, and at the end we were left with an amazing book of photos and messages from our guests. I would certainly use them again!

He worked with the timing of set up and the length of the photobooth rental to make it work for me. He was a super nice and friendly photobooth attendant and had a great variety of props! At the end of the night, he gifted us a scrapbook filled with everyone's photobooth strips of the night which was such a great memory for us to have.

He had a custom backdrop made for me and showed up with top of the line equipment. We used the photo ring. Had no idea how much of a hit it was going to be. Turned out to be the highlight of the entire evening. People would bit quit taking pics. He had great photo props and added little touches that made it so much better. We got a copy of every pick taken in a photo book with signatures and messages from every guest. I can't recommend them enough! It will add to or in my case be the hit of your event. The two sisters Vanessa and Glenda are so sweet with assisting in the easy to use booth and making it a fun experience for my friends, family and me while we snap our cute photos. The prop display is stellar and the overall look of the booth is very sleek and professional. The ladies were able to customize my templates ahead of time and just as I wanted! For my party I used the cards while at the anniversary party they had strips. Both were nice keepsakes, but the strips gave you that classic Photobooth vibe. I had the open air Photobooth with just the background and props and it was perfect for my budget and space! The anniversary party went with the black full tent and it was BEAUTIFUL! I'd definitely opt for that at my next event if the space permits. Everyone got two copies of their photo strips or cards - one to keep and the other to put in my memory book along with a message. I didn't even think to have a guest book at my party and this was the perfect substitution! Now I have everyone's silly photos with heartfelt and funny messages in one place that I'll cherish forever.
