I have tried the hatha yoga and it was super. Not fast but intense ! This schedule could change as the studio is new to propose new or more classes or new timetable ! Really have to go back again

Everything is put together to make you feel at ease, the colours of the wall, the tea prepared by the teachers, the big smile they have when they welcome you. No doubt there are some very good vibes floating around. I personally find their registration process very easy and their communications fluid and beautiful. They teach different type of yogas, including pre- and post-natal and they welcome all levels (that means they remain friendly to me despite my appalling level). Classes are taught in English. The prices are good (I can tell, I have done my market research). I would just advise that you give it a try. See you on the mat?
