Unfortunately I had to discontinue service. When I requested they discontinue service, I wasn't asked why. We received monthly updates on his plan of care. We are out of town a lot and requested that Clean Air maintain our property's curb appeal. When we returned back home, it appeared that there was minimal attention paid to our home. The backyard had debris covering the deck and the bamboo was overgrown. The front grass was in serious need of weed and feed. When we requested a meeting with the owner, Chris, to have a walkthrough to rectify the situation, he declined to meet in person. This made us feel that our business was not valued. Fortunately, we did have a amicable termination of service. After reading another customer's review, we are reminded that it is a rare company that maintains long term quality service

RESPONSE TO OWNER: Apology accepted; however, you shouldn't say you're accepting new customers…read morewhen in fact your acceptance is predicated upon a schedule that's already "full." The first question I asked upon contacting you was, are you accepting new customers? You said, yes. Had you just said, "we are not currently accepting new customers because our schedule does not permit or we are full," that would've been more accurate, understanding and honest. Oh and I'm well aware of the temperature outdoors but this is the profession you chose. Stay cool and hydrated and I wish you all well. This company came highly rated on Facebook (first mistake). I don't care for Facebook and have since deleted the app. So, I decided to reach out anyway, (second mistake). The man who operates this business, Samuel is not honest, have no integrity and doesn't know much about customer service. I initially reached out and asked if he was accepting new lawns and his reply was, "Yes you looking for something weekly or bi-weekly." I said, weekly. A week later, he was suppose to give me a quote via email, that never happened, I called him several times and eventually texted him and told him not to return my call... I don't like how he operates business. I cannot recommend him at all. He comes across as duplicitous and dishonest. How can you say you are accepting new business if your schedule is so full? Just another day in bizzaro land here! I need to get myself out of the South and back to common sense territory.
