I sent the following email two weeks ago to six email addresses on the company site (one bounced). There was no response from anyone. It seems there is little concern for driver oversight.

Ms. Laney or Person Routing Buses in Pittsburgh
A bus labeled c 81 Myers and Son ran a yield sign at the roundabout/intersection of Homewood and Reynolds avenues in Pittsburgh approximately 4:35PM April 14, 2015. I violently hit the breaks to avoid contact.
As you know, entering a roundabout, the car to one's left already in the roundabout has the right of way even if there is no yield sign. Bus c 81 pulled in front of me, in the roundabout. Either he did not see me (there was no visibility problem) or ignored the traffic rules.
There are many children and cars on the road at that hour. It is unsafe for one of your drivers to engage in the risky behaviour disobeying traffic rules in a residential area.
I appreciate you looking into this matter.
