Few months ago I got gift certificate from my friend. After having the baby and not having much time for myself, I was really looking forward to nice fecial and a massage. Massage was everything but relaxing. There massage area is so loud. In the room next to me other therapist was laughing and talking really loud. I couldn't relax for a second. My therapist was ok. I didn't hate it but its far away that I would recommend it to my friends. Then comes facial...or better to say "needle work". I still feel bad thiking of it. The girl was trying to pull my pimples with needle for 20 mins. She called it Special Needle and she was assuring me that she knows what she was doing. After that facial my skin needed 2 weeks to recover. That redness and inflammation of the skin you haven't seen yet. After all I never wanted to go there again so my husband decided to use the rest of the gift certificate. I think that he is still having a pain at his back but the thing that he hated the most is the fact that his terapist smelled on ciggarettes. People who work there are simply poorly trained and not talking about the sell prasure (beauty products) they put on you. I would never get close to this place again.

Now while the hotel was telling me that they were going through some renovations, I didn't expect service to be sub-par. The hotel is in the heart of the city so really close location to great restaurants and shops. The price for a 90mins couple massage was also reasonable especially for a park hyatt so I didn't feel like I got ripped off. Plus the masseuse were good. We had good massages but the post experience wasn't so great. The relaxation area wasn't as clean as I would like. The doors closing were always slammed shut so you hear everything. They said you can use the facilities for two additional hours after your treatment but I got out quick. The sauna was nice. Oh and the changing room is co-Ed so you will see some half naked men or women. Depends on your day ... while I do like the park hyatt brand I can't say I will recommend them and who knows if the renovation will improve your experience. I sure hope so!

This is definitely one of the best hair salons I have ever been to…read more It's conveniently located in the first district of Vienna, easily accessible by public transport. The service is simply superb- Evelyn, the receptionist, is really attentive. She took my coat, brought me coffee, led me to the place by the big table. Note on the interior- this place is amazing. There's plenty of space, one big table without mirrors so you cannot see the stylist at work until the very end. I got my hair done by Patricia couple of times- I simply tell or show her the style I want and she modifies the hairstyle so it suits my face shape and skin tone. I trust her completely!
