I wished I had read these reviews before ordering. I made an order and paid for three to five day…read moreshipping and despite several disputes filed never heard anything from them. After three weeks I sent an email asking them to cancel the order and issue me a full refund. I heard nothing from them. Five days later, I received an email with tracking information indicating that the order had been shipped. A week later when I received the order it was missing one item with a receipt that said the missing item would be refunded, but it wasn't. I contacted them inquiring why they shipped the order after I asked for it to be cancelled. They responded that they shipped less because they didn't have the three packs of hair I ordered. I explained that that doesn't help me because I needed three packs for the hairstyle. We agreed that they would send another pack of a different hair colour but that still hasn't happened, nor have have received a partial refund. This is one of the worst customer service experience ever. I feel robbed and cheated by this company. For anyone reading this avoid the stress of dealing with this company. DO NOT ORDER.

I am glad to say that I am always satisfied with the service I receive from the staff. I got the shellac Mani and pedi, upper and lower lips waxing & lash extensions, all for a very reasonable price. Just let the staff know what you want to be done and for sure the ladies will be happy to accommodate. Come on a weekday when it is not as busy however, making an appointment is the best way to go. If you are around the area and made a last minute decision to have your nails done, try to come in and let the staff take care of you.
