It did and I was thrilled to take my 90 year old dad up to celebrate his birthday. James called me a couple of times in response to my needing to confirm the time of our tour as well as to update me on the schedule. James greeted us and was just super kind, patient, and professional for every minute we spent together. I could not be more appreciative. Dad was thrilled with the experience as was I. My only helicopter experience was in the military many years before. This was obviously quite different and far less stressful, almost relaxing. I absolutely recommend this company. Have a good chat with your pilot before the tour so they know whether you'd prefer smooth "sailing" or a bit of fun maneuvering during the flight.
