I returned on Monday to exchange/return the bow tie as it was tight and they refused to do so. They did not mention on Saturday that they will not be accepting any returns despite my telling them that my husband will need to try it out. Items are quite expensive as I paid 2,600 Mexican pesos for a bow tie
