Wow! What a treat to an amazing Arabian bath house hidden in a tiny alley of Calle Aire. If you are in Sevilla, no matter if you are traveling alone, as a couple, in a group or with your family, please do try this place out. Even if it´s just for the thermal bath without extra treatment. It cost 26 Euros for the thermal bath + aromatherapy, that's their most basic service. Then it goes up depending on what you add-on: massages and more. I added the 30-minute massage and it was definitely worth it, especially when you like to walk around cities like I do. I explore everything by foot so my feet and legs definitely needed some pampering. This is how it goes: Book your appointment ahead of time, then come at least 30 minutes earlier to check-in. Once you check-in you will lounge in the lobby area, a really nice experience. When they are ready for you they will give you slip-on plastic covers for your shoes/sandals before you are guided upstairs to the locker rooms where you are asked to change into your bathing suit, wear their special slippers throughout the bath house, take a quick shower to wash off your sweat, dirt, grime, etc. then go 2 flights down from the locker rooms to the relaxation room where you will be greeted by a hostess. There you are served moroccan tea and other cold drinks like iced sweet tea and water. From that point you should definitely go into the main bath area, directly next to the relaxation room. There are 3 pools, the large pool (luke warm water) then a small very hot pool and an even smaller freezing cold pool. It's like a blanching system :) The ceilings, light fixtures, walls and ambience are amazing in there. The whole bath house feels ancient, like you are taken back in time to the days of the Arabian bath houses. After that you should cross the relaxation room then enter the Hammam (steam room) for a few minutes followed by the hydro massage pool. Take another relaxing break and have some tea in the relaxation room before heading downstairs to the salt pool. Float around, get some snooze time, it's so relaxing. The background music and ambience puts you in a meditation trance throughout the bath house. I just found out they have other locations in Barcelona, Almeria and New York. I'll definitely visit them when I'm in those cities next. read more

Had been researching for months what would be a romantic but also a calming experience for my boyfriend and I as we ventured around Spain and came across the Aire Ancient Baths. I saw that they had one in Barcelona but decided that baths in Seville might be better because of timing and location and thy did not disappoint. There was a room to dress down into your swimsuit and to prepare for the bath and lockers also provided to put in your clothes and personal items. There was also three major rooms where the baths were- One with a major pool of sorts that had jets that helped loosen up sore muscles and tension. Then there was a still pool that was a bit cooler, then a hot bath and a ice cold bath right next to it. My boyfriend to this day still talks about the ice cold bath and how refreshing it was, but I was too nervous to get in. Me and cold do not mix haha. The other room was a steam room that had notes of eucalyptus. If you have any breathing problems such as asthma as I do then I would not stay there long, maybe 5 min max because it starts to feel suffocating. Lastly, my boyfriend and I ended up getting 15 minute massages that were really relaxing! The only thing I would change which was on me was to order the package that included the rooftop. It looked so peaceful in pictures and maybe if we're back in Seville- we'll go again. read more

I would only recommend that you do the Thermal Baths. I bought the: Baño Termal y Masaje de 45 minutos PARA DOS 135,00 € but the massage was like having someone rub oil all over your body.. it was nothing special, I was actually disappointed with the massage. The inside of this place is gorgeous! and the baths are fun and different. I loved the view from the terrace! The tea and fruit that was laid out were nice to snack on, in-between baths. Also, check out the steam room, there is a refreshing, lung opening scent in the steam. I think it was spearmint or just plain mint. read more

Beautiful experience. A must do after a long day of walking the streets of Seville. Staff was very professional and friendly. Pools and locker rooms were clean. Very beautiful setting especially if you go as a couple. They have a warm bath, cold bath, jacuzzi, and salt bath. Wine bath is extra. We also did a massage, was very pleasant and relaxing . This was a whole new experience for me. I've heard of Arabian Baths, but never knew what they were about. I was kindly greeted by women at the front desk who explained everything to me. I was brought up to a dark area only lit by candles to get changed and prepped for my massage. I then was guided up another set of stairs only lit by candle light with soft calming music playing in the background. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Then I was taken downstairs to rinse off and relax in their number of pools they had. You could sit in a salt bath, jacuzzi or even a freezing cold bath. After a while I was then guided up a few flights of stairs again only lit by candles to the top of the building to another pool overlooking the entire city of Seville. Of course I didn't have my phone, but the memory will live with me forever. Sometimes you just have to see it for yourself to understand. I didn't even make it to the massage. I had a less than average experience here. I arrived for my 10am appointment only to wait almost two hours before anyone could give me an update on when my massage would take place. Some people who arrived before and after me received their massages. I was informed that in 10min I would receive a massage only for 10 minutes to pass and still no massage. When I inquired about why I was 120min into my appointment with no massage, I was told that I was expected to spend 45 min on the rooftop in addition to the 120min appointment. This can be found nowhere on the site. The rooftop is worth a skip small pool for only about 5 people and two deck chairs, there is no way you can spend 45 min there. There also appeared to be poor flow and was over crowded with people. After waiting 2hrs I left prior to the massage. The pools were nice. Overall this was very subpar to my expectations and previous spa experiences. Worth a skip. read more

Very disappointed in this experience. Would give it less than one star if possible. My friends and I have been planning a vacation to Seville for months, and we were really looking forward to these ancient baths. However, once we got there we were informed that my 13 year old son was not allowed into the baths. Although when we were corresponding via email with Aire, we mentioned that he would be joining us and they said that he would be able to do the baths with us. When we informed the woman at the front desk about this, she became very defensive and began yelling at us to read the brochure. She was extremely rude, and was in need of getting her eyebrows done. Yikes. We decided to all leave since the baths would be no fun without him, but while we were leaving she threatened to charge us even though we didn't do the baths! It was disgusting. Overall, I would stray away from this location if you are ever in Seville because the staff is the rudest I have ever encountered and your money can undoubtably go to better use. read more

Wow. The amenities in this spa are the best I have ever experienced (that includes all the 5 - star properties on the Vegas strip). The ambience, quality of hamman, various salt baths and hydrotherapy was one of the best ways to spend a late afternoon in Seville. The quality of the massage was terrific - it was more relaxing than therapeutic and takes place in a large communal room. Unfortunately, my massage table was located right next to an open window and so throughout the massage I heard people talking from the street below. Because of this, what should have been a 5 star experience is reduced to 4 stars. Treat yourself here, just ask for the massage to be away from the window. read more

Wow, what an experience. Feels like a genuine hammam, with the 'cavey' pools. The salt pool is the best. The roof top pool was also very nice but the day we went, it was just a bit too windy to make it comfortable (the pool was not that heated). The only thing was the massage. My husband and I just assumed that the massage therapists were female, but we got two big burly men as masseuses. That was kind of weird. Maybe it's the North American prudish-ness in me, but it was kind of weird taking off my top in front of this male masseuse (although I was kind of sheltered by a towel held up by said burly Spanish man). Also, you will be in a massage room with about 10-15 other people, so just be prepared. But besides that, a very unique Spanish experience of an Arabian-style hammam.
