The staff at the front check in were pleasant enough. One accommodated us by taking a quick group photo for us. There was also a manager (that they think was named Chris) that allowed my daughter to use an empty party room due to health issues. She is epileptic and the flashing lights in one part of the facility were a concern. He also brought her a fan when she was hot, which was way over the top. So so appreciated. Sadly, the rest of the employees there, with the exception of the two young ladies at the snack bar, were all rather rude. Only one cracked a smile and became more pleasant when I engaged in conversation with him. The rest acted like they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. In fact, I went up on the skywalk and the zip line and there were no instructions given whatsoever. Just hooked up and pointed in the right direction. Chris, or whatever his name was, that helped with my daughters comfort and safety is why I am still giving four stars despite the rude staff members. Also, my granddaughter had an amazing time.

I'm giving it 3 stars because it seems like they're not doing any cleaning. The mats are getting dirtier, and there's more sock debris each time we go. The slides are also somewhat sticky. No matter what you're wearing, it's not easy to slide down. With cold and flu season approaching and Covid cases on the rise, I hope they take the time to clean their equipment thoroughly.

It was honestly chaos and unorganized. There should be a lane dedicated for people who have memberships and advanced purchases. If there is one. I did up going to the side and speaking with a staff member to check in and bypass the line to buy tickets. My son and 1 stayed about 3 hours, which was nice. I usually am active and engaged by jumping but it was too crowded and wanted the kids to the enjoy the space. I did enjoy myself for about 45 minutes of the time. Part of the membership is kids get a slice of pizza and snack. We went around 7:45pm as they closed at 9. The snack is usually popcorn or chips. My son wanted popcorn. He got a little and kernels. They gave us a buzzer as they were supposed to make more but I didn't see that happening around 15 minutes. We decided to leave, so I returned the buzzer without the popcorn. I think they should have a limit on how many people are present so that people can actually enjoy it without it being cramped. The free jump trampoline area had multiple people in one spot when it's supposed to be one only. There was no staff attending to that area but was a staff member at the other areas. In the future, I think I'm going to come earlier in the day if I'm going on the weekend to hopefully beat the crowd. But they have many birthday parties there too, along with walk ins. It can just be very overwhelming.

What really stood out for us was how safe and inclusive the space felt -- especially for families with kids of different ages. Our son Eli was able to jump comfortably, and we appreciated how attentive the team was throughout our visit. The energy was fun without feeling chaotic, and everything ran smoothly. You can tell they're intentional about both safety and guest experience, which matters a lot as a parent. We also loved hearing about the upcoming renovations and are excited to come back and see the updates once they're complete. Overall, this was a fun, stress-free experience, and we'd definitely recommend Get Air to other families looking for something active to do in the area. We'll be back!

The entrance and sock dressing area is a 30% of the space. It's $25 a person on a Saturday and of course you have to purchase the magical, sticky socks for $6 a person but it is definitely a one and done type place. You take your kids here once and that's it. The trampoline parks make better use of the square footage with a lot of different fun activities. There is no way a child can stay entertained for more than an hour here. My suggestion is take your $33 go to one of the more fun trampoline parks, get your moneys worth and be able to where any sticky, magical socks you've bought in the past and save $6 !! The photos posted, that's it, that's tue entire space for play inside. They spent their money on the building they need to sell those magical, sticky socks to everyone!! PS the Owner/Management and the responses, honestly, tells you exactly what you need to know about this business. She/He is very unprofessional and defensive in every responses, the customer service in the responses are very low par. Why would I care to defame your company, I'm stating the truth. I will take responsibility for not reading the reviews, they tell the truth and it's hard to bounce back from that. I'll check back in 3 years to see if the business is still viable.

Luckily a lady came by after a while and asked if we were attending a party and let us check in through the self service kiosk... In my opinion, someone should be on standby as guests for parties are arriving to help them get checked in quickly and taken to where the party is taking place. When you book a party, you select a time slot, why not have the party coordinator receive the guests as they come?? It would make the process a whole lot easier.. I have not been to Urban Air since my son had his Birthday there a few years ago, but I can see a decline in the cleanliness of the establishment. There are just a bunch of young kids working here that have no conflict resolution skills, the place was dirty. I did like that they had everything set up before hand for the party, that was nice. They provided the socks and wrist bands for the kids, they provided the pizza as well. Overall, despite how I felt, my son and his friends had a great time, and I guess that's all that matters!
