They responded immediately when I needed them and they were here with a clean-cut knowledgeable technician within two hours of calling them. These people are as crooked as they come. Came out added freon and charged 426.50 when we complained the man said not to worry they would probably tear the check up Monday. Another lie. Also refused to return money for service contract, then said I would have to write a letter to get money back. After arguing for weeks I finally got this money back. I called another company and their charge for same service was 186.00 Big difference. Also the tech was pushing a new unit because he said Lennox is no good and made in China. Buyer had serv agreement w/ ACS, his realtor said ACS would come look at no charge under his serv agreement. I agreed, knowing I would probably be getting a second opinion based on everything I had ever heard about them. ACS came out, husband told guy he thought it was a thermostat issue ( he had replaced it and ever since it would shut off) rep looked at upstairs unit. Went outside to look at outside unit. Came back in said he needed to do a leak test which w/ freon & serv call could have been $1200 depending on how much freon was needed. If that didn't fix it new unit for around $20k. I called Troops, explained situation they said could be out next day and charges for leak test, adding freon and serv call would be under $500. Rep showed up next day, Husband told him abt thermostat, he looked at it, upstairs unit, went outside looked at unit, came back in , said we didn't have a heat pump system and my husband had set thermostat to heat pump . We have been with Air Comfort Solutions for over 10 years. Always did the twice a year service. This last year no one called about an appointment for our AC service so I called and made an appointment, at that time I was told they don't call to schedule appointments anymore. We have to call. I always paid my yearly fee within that month or sooner. The servicemen doesn't bring that bill anymore they have hired someone else to do that for them. I paid my yearly fee after getting an amount by calling. It is 29th of Dec so I called and was told I didn't sign up for fall and spring because my payment was late ( no billing by the way) because I was late I now have a spring and fall service. When I requested my money to be returned he said he couldn't do that and gave me an e-mail address to request my money back. BUT if I get my money back my parts and service warranty that goes to 2022 will be void. Now I am really upset. When I came on Yelp I noticed they had a 2 star rating. CUSTOMER SERVICE is always the first to go I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Need to quit paying for the city cam and train for customer service. Apparently the owner doesn't care about the bad service. I hope this helps someone else in making a decision. read more

I had both my indoor and outdoor units replaced in June of 2014 by ACS. Right away, my wife complained that the downstairs unit wasn't blowing as cold as the upstairs. This week, she swore it was getting worse, so I stuck a thermometer in the vents upstairs as well as downstairs. The reading was 73 degrees downstairs.(The Bryant units installed by ACS) I called them, and they said they'd charge a $139.00 service fee, plus labor and parts, or, if I wanted to pay $180 annually for their "energy savings plan," they would tune up the unit twice a year free, and all service calls would free. I was told that otherwise, the only warranty on the units was 1 year from installation, and I would have to pick up the cost for the service fee, parts, and labor. I wanted to make sure I hadn't misunderstood, so I called back and had all of the aforementioned "facts" about the service on my units reconfirmed. I then phoned the manufacturer, Bryant, directly with the serial numbers on my units, and they told me the units' warranty period was recorded as 061714. (Making the units 1 year and 1 month old) and the warranty on parts expired on 061724. (10 years) He also said there was a 2 year warranty on the labor, and a 20 year warranty on the heat exchange unit. I then called ACS back yet again, to have the same confirmation about their fees- being told the same thing again. I then told her I'd just called Bryant, explained the warranty info they gave me, and discussed it further. She STILL tried to tell me the same thing a second time, so I pointed out that the manufacturer's warranty was for 10 years on parts and 2 years on labor. She then told me I would owe the service fee and any parts needed. Again, I reiterated that the manufacturer covered the parts and warranty, so she told me I would owe the service fee, which was separate from the labor fee. By that point, I was unwilling to trust them any further, especially in lieu of the overwhelmingly negative feedback in customer reviews here, on YP.com, and with the Better Business Bureau of Greater Oklahoma City. (Which still gave them an "A+" rating, despite the 7 negative and 1 positive customer reviews listed on their site. Clearly, these people have a policy of trying to catch the people who aren't paying attention off-guard, so they can charge them money they have no business charging. I had made three calls total to ACS about he same thing, and was told the same thing every time. At least two of those were different people, as two of the calls were handled by a woman and one by a man. Avoid these hucksters, and pay attention in your bussiness dealings. read more

I paid for the bi-annual service visit to ensure my heater and AC unit are safe and working properly. In Late Dec 14' they visited my home for the per-paid service. Nothing out of the ordinary was report besides wear and tear. At the beginning of January 15' the furnace stop working (it was cold out). I happen to be out of the country and my renter contacted me. I in turn had ACS come out and they told my elderly mother and renter that if she didn't allow them to replace the furnace they would contact the gas company to turn off the gas to the home. They then proceed to pressure my mother in the parking lot of her work to make the purchase, swiped her credit card and went and put a new furnace in the house for +$3,000 without contacting me or getting permission to do construction at my property. I was very surprised when I returned from my trip. When I reached out to them to ask why they did this without contacting me, they had no response outside of lip service that they didnt know I owned the property. This showed me they knew I was the owner and made a mistake since their records have me paying for the service and being the owner of the property. I then continue to try and work with their Manger of Operations (Spencer). I informed him that my plan was to replace both AC and furnace at the same time since they were older to keep cost down. He gave me a quote for $7,000 for the new AC which was double of what I found else where from other HVAC company's in the metro area. I continued to try and communicate to them my frustrations and Spencer stopped retuning my calls and emails. ACS has a customer service department, but they could not get Management to work with me either, but were very polite and responsive. This company only cares about revenue, not about their customers. Be very cautious when doing business with them. I am sure if Jason White their spokes man knew how they treated their customers he would not associate his name with the brand. I look forward to sharing my experience with him next time I see him. I will continue to pursue remedy as what occurred was wrong and I dont want any other consumers to experience what my poor mother and myself went thru. I own several houses and have used ACS for several years. We attempted to use their service plans. We found that you normally spent more on the service plans than you would have paid anyways. You're essentially paying to have someone come out and find something that you need to buy. When this time comes, you'll be paying about 400% too much for parts and a lot in service fees. One example: Compressor shut off. Technician believes it is loose wire so he tugs on them and mangles it. He finds that it was actually the 24V transformer. He replaces that. The mangled wires outside somehow result in a $750 new mother board on the compressor which is not covered under warranty. The tech caused this problem by the way. ACS has grown very quickly and have had to hire untalented people. So you're out $200 (24V transformer) + $750 mother board + Cost of original service plan. I've been extremely happy since I've switched to Bob's Plumbing and H5 Mechanical for my Air Conditioner service. I pay about 20% as much as I did with ACS and my units work much more reliably. read more

The first time they came out, it seemed reasonable. Came out within hours, replaced a part, it was a very hot day. Cost around $225. 2 months later, they came out because my coil was frozen. Charged $350, took them all of 5 minutes in my attic. Then they had a salesman come to my house because they said mine was in very bad shape. $10,000.00 and up for new system. The salesman Gary told me I needed to replace everything because it was installed wrong. He said he would be surprised if it lasted through the winter. such crooks. We had them come out to give me an estimate to repair an air conditioner that was not working. The guy said - "you need a new air conditioner". He said he would get together an estimate for a new installation and let us know in a few days. After over a week of waiting and no response to our calls - we went with another company. Now they are dunning us for a $139 service call. There are reputable companies around. I have several rental units in and around Moore and this company will never receive another call from me. They ran their "diagnostic tests" only to tell me my 10 year old Trane System could not be repaired and would need to be replaced with a cheaper unit. Also that it would be required to replace the furnace as well. All for the low price of $10,000. NO option for repairing my current system. So, I scheduled my service with an honest and reputable company who came out the next morning. They performed the service I expected, charged me $180.00, gave me the option to replace a $75 part and told me to expect 10 more years out of my system with proper maintenance. I have had the energy service agreement with them for 2 years and will not be renewed. With this service plan they come out twice a year and "service" the heat and air unit. If something goes wrong it should be priority service, 10% off and no service fee. Every time they come out all they do is check freon replace filter with cheapest available and rinse outside unit with garden hose and proceed to tell me i need a new unit with quotes ranging from 10,000 to 20,000. Today the compressor start capacitor went out and i called and asked them to tell me about how much a new one would cost before they sent someone out. The went ahead and sent someone out and as soon as he got out of his vehicle i asked the tech. He told me 180 i said no not going to do that. He said he needed the $135 service fee and i told him i had the service agreement and it went back and forth for a bit. Got heated. Finally got him off my property pulled the unit apart pulled the capacitor and took it to a ac Supply store where they matched up a new one for $17. So it took me $17 and 10 minutes to do what they were going to charge me over $300 for. Dont use them. Get second and even third opinions if you need. read more

The only reason I gave them a 1 star rating is it would not let me leave 0 stars. My mother and Father had a tree limb break during a recent storm. The limb fell on the power line breaking the weather head and the hub going into the meter base. We called air comfort solutions who now also do electrical work. They said they would be happy to come out and fix it. Then they quoted $2500 plus parts to repair it. We promptly told them NO and we would call someone else. Then they called 3 times the next day to try to schedule an appointment to either come fix it or send someone to set up a payment plan if needed. Parts for this actually cost me $61.00 as I went and bought the parts myself at Locke Supply. It called a different electrician and it took him 1 1/2 hours to make the repairs and charged $150. I can assure ACS that we will NEVER call them again. read more

Had outrageous cooling bills for June and July, so I decided to have them come out to see if they could find something wrong with our unit and the only thing the tech could say is that he thought the Freon was 5 lbs. low and that there might some mold growing in the unit and oh by the way you needed to have bigger ducts plus adding a couple of returns to the unit . Well, we had another company come out and guess what the tech found that the Sequencer that runs the heat strips was fried causing the heat pump and air conditioner to be on at the same time. So you cant trust them cause they don't seem to know what they are doing. read more

This company is a huge rip off! We signed up for a service plan 2 heat and 2 air services. On the third appointment the technician spent 2 1/2 hours trying to sell us parts and telling us everything was about to go out. The technician kept plugging and unplugging the air unit so the motor would go on and off about 10 times. Needless to say 15 days later our motor went out in our air unit. Air comfort solutions sent another tech out and they quoted us $647 for the motor. And then sent another salesman supervisor to quote us a full unit at $9540. We had it fixed by another company for $368 and had a full unit quoted at $4800. Do not use air comfort solutions. When you don't buy their products they sabotage it so you have to! read more

I got a second opinion from another company and just needed to add an additional intake vent which we did ourselves for less than $10.00. I wish there were a negative star option. RUN from this place, do not call even if it is after hours, it is worth the wait till business hours to call someone else. One of our two air conditioner systems went out on a Tuesday night, and my husband called ACS because they are a 24 hour service. They got a technician out the next morning, and he looked our system over and came and told me that the compressor was shorted, there was an oil leak and that some refrigerant may also be leaking. I then asked what it would take to fix because the high that day was 95 and the indoor temp was 85, and he told me that I could do 2 things. First, the actual compressor part was covered under warranty since the unit is only 3 1/2 years old, but that labor to install the compressor was $775.16 and refrigerant would be $1275 (total of $2050.16) because they wouldn't be able to save any refrigerant from my existing unit. If I went that route the technician said he didn't know how long it would take to get the part, it could be one day or one week. He then said I could buy a new unit which would come with a warranty, and that this option would only be a couple of hundred dollars more than the warranty work and that the new unit would come with its own new 10 year warranty. He then told me Mike would call in about an hour with pricing and that if I bought a brand new unit that they could install next day but reiterated ordering a part could take a while. 3 hours passed and I called Mike because I wanted it fixed. When I called Mike he didn't know who I was or what my situation was at first, even though he was supposed to call several hours prior to my calling him. He then told me that he recommended also replacing the furnace. I told him no way, our house is only 4 years old. At this point I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. He then back tracked, and told me if I replaced it with a standard unit it would be $7800! Way more than "a few extra hundred" that the tech said! I then told him that we would probably just opt for the warranty work as we didn't want to spend 8 grand just yet. He then got very short once I told him I didn't want a new one, and said if I didn't want a new one then he would just have someone else call. I didn't trust anyone to call at this point, because of my earlier in the day encounter with the tech telling me Mike would call in an hour and when I called three hours later he had no clue who I was. I then called another service, EJ's Heat and Air. By this point it was 130 in the afternoon. They got a technician out in about 2 hours, who also said the compressor was shorted. When I asked about pricing he said the compressor was covered under warranty, the refrigerant would be minimal because he felt we could save most of ours (which the ACS guy said we COULDN't do), and that refrigerant was $35 a pound. (ACS quoted me $85 per pound). He also said labor would be minimal charge. All in, EJ's was able to fix the unit for a $75 , a full $1975.16 less than ACS! EJ's also said they had my part in their warehouse and were able to fix the problem the next morning. After I decided that EJ's would be doing the service and I would run from ACS and consider myself lucky, I called ACS to make SURE that they knew we did not want any more service from them. The next day, they called my husband to let his know the part would be in sometime the following day (which would've been a full 3 days after the unit went out). My husband repeated to them that we did not want to use their services at all. In summary, it was a terrible experience with ACS, we were told it would be $2050.16 (even under warranty this was the price) at a minimum, and it was fixed for a $75 service fee (EJ's also fixed it under warranty). They were trying to get me to buy a new unit for $7800 (and that's after I nixed their pitch for a new furnace for our 4 year old house!) and once I told them no I wasn't treated pleasantly at all. In the future, we will wait until EJ's Heat and Air is open, even if something were to happen after house. read more

I had a technician come service my unit. He said I was low on Refrigerant by 7 pounds and it's $133 per pound. He also said I had a leak so it's pointless to put in refrigerant if it's going to leak out. He told me he was going to send his repair man to give me a quote. They quoted me for FULL replacement which was $15,000... um excuse me? They told me they would lower it to $12,400 if I would do it immediately as in right this minute. That felt like a kick in the stomach. I called another guy out that was referred to me by family. He said everything looked fine, charged me $8 per pound for the refrigerant and it only needed 3 pounds. Total cost was $79. I called Air Comfort Solutions on Sunday the 29th because my AC just quit. The Technician checked out my system and did not seem very knowledgeable about the unit. Then he did some diagnostics of the unit and found a 24 volt Transformer that was bad. He went to his Truck and made calls then he came back and said that the repair would cost around $850.00 to do the repair. Then he said my unit was pretty much shot. told me that he would Red Tag my system and really painted a Gloom and Doom type of thing.. And really started PRESSURING Me to buy his New System that would run about $8000.00 for a full Central Air System.... I felt something was NOT RIGHT about this!! I told him that I would think about the repair and he left. The Technician also left a Panel lose and not fastened back on the Condenser out side the house....... The next day I called my friend Shawn from another company and he replaced the Transformer for around $80.00 and the guy from Air Comfort said the part would be around $230.00...Which is "WAY TO HIGH" for a part like this too..... Anyway I was Charged 99.95 for a service charge and there was NO REPAIR MADE AT ALL... I called the Company for a Refund and they REFUSED because of the Service Call policy that they have!! .....So, with the HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS and the HIGH COST with this company. I felt that this was a TYPE OF SCAM......... BOTTOM LINE: I would NEVER use this company for Services "EVER AGAIN" and "DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHAT SO EVER"! Had a toilet that I think one of our house guests children put a rubber toy in and for the last month I've had the toilet backed up then clear then backs up again etc. roto rooter and jimmys plumber came out and snaked it with limited success once each. Couldn't get jimmys plumber to return a call (I know independent plumbers get busy but at least text me and tell me to call someone else!) so I called AIR COMFORT SOLUTIONS, Jason White that you see on all the commercials and they were fast, efficient, friendly, and even though I thought the toilet needed pulling and parts on toilet needed replacing, Gerald took an auger and did his expert magic and thinks it felt like a rubber toy and thinks he sent it on its way into the sewer unclogging the toilet. Instead of replacing all the parts that I thought needed replacing, he took them apart and found a valve seal that just needed pushing back on and $95 later, so far, it's working like a champ! Other companies charge $65-90 just to knock on your door! Thank you Comfort Solutions, thank you Gerald! I'll NEVER use anyone else. UPDATE: The installers arrived on time and finished faster than anticipated installing new HVAC system, and a new while home UV light filter that reduces germs, allergies, and an ozone feature that removes odors from the air! Techs were all very professional, patient, willing to answer questions, and showed me how the system worked. The did not hard sell their top of the line system for 16k, but happily discussed and ultimately sold me their lower mine BRYANT system for a fairly reasonable price, they charge more, and I think rightly so, because they can trundle shoot, repair, or replace very very fast, often same day, at worst next morning, and that includes weekends and holidays! Mike Coleman, their salesman for new unit install was very very patient, informative, low pressure. Of course he's getting thousands of my hard earned dollars........he better be. So far, so good. UPDATE 8 Feb......heat and air have both worked fabulous keeping us comfortable throughout the year. I noticed a bit of a loud sound that would increase then go quieter when the AC was on cooling. I though it was about to blow up. I'm thinking to myself "ok, if I call for warranty work they'll find something to charge me for" I was wrong. They den Eric out the SAME DAY I CALLED! He checked the entire system out outside and checked the furnace upstairs. He confidently told me there was a few panels a bit loose, plus the piping was vibrating a bit against the house, and sure enough he tightened/adjusted. UPDATE HVAC STILL RUNNING GREAT, they gave me $60 off to install a new garbage disposer that was over 10 years old. On 11-18-2017 I had ACS, (Oscar G) arrive at my home in Edmond. My plumbing issue was a leaking outside yard faucet that I took way too long to repair. My not being timely in taking care of this problem sooner is that I had a Stroke in 2015. My background prior to this stroke was in the trades. Oscar looked at the leak and sure enough the problem would require his going under the house to cut off the copper pipe mated to the valve and fix me up with a new pipe and valve. Oscar would need a 2nd man for safety reasons. The price for this operation would be $525.00 and this was just an estimate. Not that I am the best Tradesman to come along but Oscar seemed to not know about replacement of valve seats, i.e. rubber to metal rings used for years to FIX such leaks. I paid the $100.00 for the service call and sent Oscar down the road. My brother came over the next morning and pulled the valve apart and switched o-rings, and WOW the leak was fixed. Cost for o-ring, .95 cents. 95 cents. Let me say that again, 95 cents. Folks, Do Not even consider ACS for your needs. You will be very, very, SORRY. If I could give zero stars I would. The "tech" actually a commissioned salesman I believe, almost had me thinking $8,000 for a new air conditioner system was correct. They had talked my step mother into a semi annual contract to come check the unit. Waste of money. When it broke down, a couple months after the checkup, here come the fees. Up to $2800, depending on how much $120 per lb freeon I needed, up to 10 lbs??????. But I would really be better off replacing the whole unit for $8,000, as it was 15 years old. Called another company TPC out of Moore. For $300 we are running as good as new, using their $60 per lb freeon. Based on the other reviews, I am not sure what is going on here. Be careful. I will not let them back into either of my houses. They changed only one of the two filters, and the one they did change didn't fit the hole properly. We called twice to request another filter. They left most of the screws out of the "A" Coil cover. What really, really upsets me is that they removed, and didn't replace the plug to the gas valve manifold pressure test port, and they must have taken the plug with them because it was nowhere around the furnace to be able to put it back in. This allowed Natural Gas to escape into the attic next to an ignition source, and also into the house. They could have blown my house and family up. This was the first time we needed to use the heater after their "service" on Oct 9. As soon as we smelled the gas in the house we turned off the heat. What it boils down to is they were just trying to sell me a new $13,000 system (but would give a 10% discount - yeah right). In all honesty, I wouldn't even give them a piece of one star for a rating. We had another company come out and they found no functional reason to have a new heat and air system installed. AND, they replaced the test port valve plug with no charge - what ACS had left undone. Our original maintenance agreement was with Advanced Air Specialist - they are the ones who called on Sept 18 to set up the service appointment. No one contacted us that they had been bought out by ACS - their truck just showed up instead of Adv. Air. It was the same tech guy that had previously serviced our system earlier in the year - with no problems stated on the receipt. Very curious indeed! read more

Called ACS because my furnace would not start up. They (Pat and Mike, I think) came right out and spent a lot of time trying to convince me that my ten year old furnace needed to be replaced because it would just keep breaking. When I refused they said fixing it would mean ordering a part from a local warehouse and I needed to pay in advance for the part and all labor. They installed the part later that day and it worked until they left and then the unit quit again. They came back out it and it started working again, then quit again when they left. I opened up the furnace access panel moved some wires around, removed and reinstalled a connector and the unit started working again and that was over two months ago. I paid ACS over seven times what the part they replaced could have been purchased for online. Would never recommend to anyone. read more

OK, so after seeing all of their advertising claiming how great they were I got a quote from them to replace a 20+ year old 3 TON HVAC system for my 78 year old mother's home. I have a relative that has worked for Trane/American Standard for 30+ years and he provided me with the model numbers of the recommended equipment and I proceeded to call ACS for a quote. Here is the bottom line folks, they were more than double the price we paid another long time HVAC licensed company to install the same exact equipment. A few days after the ridiculous quote they had the nerve to call me, tell me what a GREAT price they quoted and when could we schedule the work to be done. I wouldn't call them again if they were the last local HVAC company in town. I would equate that quote to elder abuse when you want to charge a 78 year old widow more than double for the same equipment. Shame on them! Public beware of these people! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them zero. read more

Another dissatisfied customer. Had the tech come out because my heater burner would not come on. the tech trouble shot the problem. During the trouble shooting he identified the pressure switch as potentially bad at first, but after he used another pressure switch off his truck to verify that mine was bad he determined that I needed a new circuit board. It would have to be ordered and would cost $757.00 for the new board and I would have to pay for a service charge ($139.00) to have it installed. The internet cost was $141.00. I paid for his initial service charge and sent him on his way. Thereafter I did some trouble shooting on my own and went to Johnstone Supply bought a pressure switch for $30.96, installed it and turned on my heater. It works perfectly. read more

If I had known then what I know now! No way! I called Air Comfort Solutions to check out one of the two air conditioners in my home. My larger AC was running fine, but the one that cools the back of the house had completely quit. I had a friend meet the technician at my house. She later contacted me to tell me that the technician indicated both air conditioners needed replaced. He contacted Michael Coleman from ACS who came out that same evening. My friend stayed for this meeting. I asked him if we could just wait on the bigger AC since it was still working. I did not want to pay large amounts if I didn't have to do so. He informed me that the whole system was bad so they couldn't just replace one unit. I was afraid I would not qualify for financing but he was adamant that he could work it out. He also confirmed that in addition to the two new units, they would be putting a new attic access in my hallway, fixing all of the furnace closet issues in my garage and replacing the air ducts in my attic, which he said were a mess (some had been crushed and torn). I finally agreed to the sale, with a $19,000 price tag. The next day, the first people he sent my application to denied financing. After I spoke with the second lender, I did not hear back from them or MIchael and assumed they had denied me as well. When I wrote Michael a text and thanked him for his help, letting him know that I understood. He called me back immediately and said "No, no, no...I got you approved and I'm sending my guys out right now". Because I couldn't leave work, I again asked my friend to meet them at my house. Michael told me it would take about four hours. My friend texted me at 1:16 pm to tell me that the guys doing the installation said they were not told to replace the duct work. Michael said it was not in the quote. Even after both my friend and I reported remembering that he said they would be replacing it, he denied that. He told my friend, though, that since we had misunderstood, he would have his people put a return air vent in my sunroom, which would help, as a way to make up for that. The installers finished at 8:00 that evening (June 8)...that was four hours longer than promised. They informed us that the carpenter would be scheduling a time within the next day or so to come put the door on the hole in the hallway ceiling and that we should be hearing about the return int he sunroom. Because of schedules, I did not make contact with the Financing people until the following Tuesday, June 14th. When I spoke with her, she informed me that she had been told the price was $15,000 not $19,000. She said she would try to get the other $4,000 approved, but subsequently informed me that they would only approve the $15,000. Michael denied telling her $15,000. Michael told me he would find financing for the other $4,000. I told him I did not want to do any more financing as it was going to reflect horribly on my credit. Then, I did not hear from him for days. I also did not hear from the carpenter for days. On June 22nd, two weeks past installation, the bigger unit quit working. I contacted Michael first and he said he had been trying to get in touch with me. I told him he had not because I showed no calls or texts from him. He decided maybe he had been trying to call my friend Cheryl. He said he would check about the carpenter for the door and had no memory of the promise to put in the return vent in the sunroom. He told me to call the office for a technician to come out for the problem. The tech came our and fixed (or thought he did) the problem. Told me it shouldn't happen again. I finally spoke with Vickie at ACS on Thursday, the 23rd and she told me they would just let me pay them the $4,000 at $150 a month. On Monday night, the 27th, the big AC quit cooling again. When the tech finally came out, he said it was probably something with the drain which, he said, was not their fault. He also said their might be something wrong with a DUCT. I reminded him that I had paid for the trust that they would have installed everything and made sure it would work. He fixed the problem but indicated he wasn't sure if it would stay. Suggested I pour bleach down the drain every so often. Yesterday morning, the carpenter finally put the door on the hole in the ceiling. No return air vent is happening. Last night, as I was going to bed, I realized that the smaller unit had quit working. It was 11:00 and there was no way I was staying up to deal with it. I'm at work this morning and have an obligation after work, so it may be tomorrow before I can call them out. I AM DONE WITH ACS. I have never been so disappointed in a company and their representatives as I have with them. I am 64 years old and feel as if I have been seriously abused and manipulated from the beginning. At this raite, I feel it might be best to move an ACS tech in with me permanently. read more

Worst company ever to take advantage of elderly senior citizens. When they installed their overpriced a/c unit at my mother's home in Moore, they didn't even install an air filter. Thus my mothers home was getting exceptionally dusty and she started having coughing attacks. Come to find out it was because of their focus on charging a ridiculous amount for an A/C unit and leaving as fast as they could. They never responded to my call to get restitution for ductwork cleaning. Then they told my mother that she had to have an $1800 water heater plus sign a $179 maintenance contract that put me over the edge. I had her refuse that and I called a legitimate plumber. He simply made some adjustments and reset the water heater and it didn't cost a dime. Quite a bit of difference from taking an old lady's fixed income. What a bunch of money hungry crooks. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. read more

I recently had a home heating issue during the Thanksgiving weekend (2015). No heat for a couple days! There were a few power outages locally due to inclement weather during the Turkey Day holiday, so I was unsure about the cause of my loss of home heat. Called the folks at Air Comfort Solutions today (11-30-2015) and spoke with "Nigel" who got me an appointment time within 2 hours of my call! Awesome! My ACS Service Tech (Mr Tony L.) was THE MAN!! He diagnosed the problem w/my furnace within MINUTES!! No guessing, delays, nor jacked-up repair estimates! Mr 'Tony' explained the problem in detail and what MAY have to be done in the future, should my furnace act-up again. (He even gave me a money-saving tip on that 'future repair'). Check THIS out!.. While writing my bill, Tony reminded me about the $25.00 Service Discount coupon(that I forgot about and left inside the house on my coffee table). He was never even inside the house! He went straight from his vehicle to my attic where the furnace is. My experience with Air Comfort Solutions (Moore OK) was OUTSTANDING! From the Customer Service ('Nigel') to the SUPERMAN technician that saved-the-day (Tony)! I read some of the negative reviews, but MY experience was ALL THE OPPOSITE! read more

FIRST TIME!!!!! I am so disappointed. My AC just blow hot Air, try to cleaned myself, but it wasn't good enough., So I called Air Comfort Solutions. First time they send somebody out, nice white Shirt, nice black Pants, he cleaned THE OUTSIDE UNIT (WATER HOSE), inside, of course better, since he got all the tools. He kind of tricked me into the bi-annual service, otherwise I would have to pay over $100.00 more without signing up. So I did. BIG MISTAKE Advertising $90+ heck no, he didn't even replace the filters, I have to go and get some new ones. I mentioned to him that the one site in my house the Air is not blowing, just a little, he said it will be fine just give it time. Next day coming home from work, my house was HOT AGAIN. I called, they send the same Guy out, this time more in work clothing. He looked, then told me it is all ripped underneath the Trailer (I live in a Double-Wide), from animals... I asked him can you fix it, yes but it cost a lot, you better off to buy a new unit, we do financing. Funny he didn't had one spot on his shirt and clean pants, even his knee protection showed only a little dust. I signed some paper and of he go, still no filters from that company. Thank God, I called my Cousin, he and a friend, go under my House, NOTHING WAS RIPPED OPEN, THE DUCT-VENTS WAS DISCONNECTED, ALL THE COLD AIR FROM THE AC GOES STRAIGHT TO THE GROUND. They was so dirty and full sand, so I KNOW THE SERVICE GUY NEVER WAS ALL THE WAY under THERE. They connected the Duct Vents and my house is nice and cool. NO THANKS TO AIR COMFORT SOLUTIONS Sorry Jason, not a good Company to make business with. All they care about; IS MAKING MONEY, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have used Air Comfort Solutions several times. Just today - for our Air Conditioning repair in our extra building on our property. Andrew was the technician that worked on it. He is nice, knowledgeable and gets to work immediately. Within an hour everything was working properly again. We are very pleased that we have found ACS. It is a pain to have things break down. But it happens and it is a little less stressful knowing you have people that can fix it correctly in a short amount of time. Don't cut corners just get the problem solved and get on with life. :) read more
