My recommendation would be to stay away from this bank. The Customer Experience & Complaints Management representative basically made fun of me when I tried to explain that it is literally unacceptable to treat a client in such a way. Worst banking experience I've ever had. I don't know if I'll ever be able to access my account again.

Terrible customer service. Typical low cost business - not possible to do anything by phone trough…read morethe help desk, girls in the bank desks extremely impolite and unprofessional. If you want anything what is non payed standard in other banks (for example receiving information about transactions or account information by email this is not possible. The only possibility is to send by mail for fee of 39,- which is crazy). I do not recommend this bank at all... I luckily closed my account to save myself more headaches...
