Employees try, despite owner. Why do they want cash all the time?

They can pack anything! Did a great job on a bulky wine fridge that I was returning at a great price. Thanks!

I've lived here for 10 years and I can honestly say now that I've found this team of people, I feel…read morelike Livermore is my home. Let me explain.. I'm planning my daughter's first birthday which includes me going happily overboard with DIY plans and decorations. I needed posters, pictures, cut outs, mini collages, etc. I procrastinated as all new moms do because life, am I right? And panic set in because I was less than a week out and I couldn't figure out how and where to get my prints. In comes Neeraj and his team of incredibly sweet and amazing people. First issue - I took screenshots from Pinterest that I needed blown up but clear. But I have no idea how to do that and no amount of ChatGPT could help me. Neeraj upscaled the picture on his end and invited me to come in to view a large sample before they completed the full poster print. We actually changed the size, picture and resolution one more time before I signed off. He was patient with me, despite me coming in at their busiest time of the evening. Squirrel - I have to mention that my sister first reached out to Neeraj weeks ago over the phone, just inquiring about services. Neeraj and his team kept her information and followed up to make sure she was taken care of. It was like our bff was just checking in on us because they were there to help, not to make money on a service. That alone was the reason why we came back. Second issue - I expected to only have the poster printed at UPS and have all of my other prints done at CVS for same day pick up because I had some more editing and resolution fixes to do. NOPE! Why does no one do matte prints? Well doesn't matter anyway bc Neeraj does!!!! Literally whatever size or finish you need, he's got you. And wait for the last issue... Third issue - so I'm a first time mom and I don't have the brain capacity to plan things out more than a few days at best. Here we are, the week of the party. I got Neeraj all of the files by Wednesday 8am, and the party is Saturday. Guess when he called me to tell me they were ready? I'll wait..... Wednesday at 5pm!!!!! Are you kidding me? Same day?!?! I was hopeful for Thursday evening which would give me just enough time to finish everything. The amount of stress his team has taken off my shoulders has been unmeasurable. Impressed is an understatement! As I mentioned, this experience has made me feel like I'm finally home. I never expected to be dedicated to a shipping company, but this experience has shown me it's so much more. I'll share pictures of the DIYs once complete so you can see all the work I put on this team. I'm so happy. UPS is lucky to have Neeraj and his team representing them. Thank you guys!!!!!

My company recently placed a substantial order with Acutrack for CD mailers for our customers…read more While the actual mailer did print beautifully, the poor communication and inability to accommodate for industry-wide standards is appalling. First, I was provided the wrong template for our project. Twice. When I finally gave up *asking* for the appropriate layout and rummaged around their site, I was able to find what I needed. It was no big deal to adjust the content, and I sent the design to them on its merry way. I was then informed that I needed to make adjustments to one of the 4 panels to accommodate a small scan-able code. Again, no problem. We made the required design changes and handed them off. Then begins a much-longer-than-necessary back and forth; "We had to make a slight adjustment to the artwork because of a die issue to avoid additional costs." Um... shouldn't your template accurately reflect your die-line? "I also noticed a grammatical error on the cover." No... that's a break in the copy, read the *whole* page before taking liberties in changing our product. Several rounds of revisions later (all of which would not have been necessary if we were provided complete and accurate information) we get our mailer. Again; the print job was lovely. Colors are crisp & spot on. A week or so later they send us a snapshot of what our product will look like with their mailing label. I was SHOCKED to see that it covered nearly ALL of the panel; save, of course, for *their* scan-able code. This obscured our Product Name, Services Offered, URL AND PHONE NUMBER!! And with ALL the back and forth we did, it didn't occur to them ONCE to mention that this might be a problem!? Or include that *important* piece of info in their template? We expressed our extreme dissatisfaction with this, and they did try to come up with *one* solution for us: Place our detailed, full-color mailer in a PLAIN WHITE ENVELOPE with the obscured information printed on a simple label in black and white. Thus losing all of our branding. Since we've largely been backed into a corner with this run, my company had to accept this solution. However, when we've mailed out the last disk we *will definitely* be switching to another of MANY printers who are able to communicate more effectively and understand the importance of maintaining Brand Identity. OH! And the run was completed 5 working days after the promised date.

Once they get you to sign the contract, the experience becomes poor. Lack of communication,…read moreunprofessionalism, and inattention to detail. I canceled after only a few weeks when I realized they were making my fulfillment process harder, not easier. Furthermore, I was promised a refund for my inconvenience and that never even happened. A real unfortunate experience.
