Fast forward to April of 2024 I receive a notice from the IRS that they never received our 2020 return. I immediately contacted Welch's and requested our return be filed. I have contacted them 7 times and spoke with numerous people, gave my email, confirmed the mailing address, and my return still hasn't been received. I called today and the phone just rings and rings. Extremely disappointing customer service - I would not recommend them.

Looking back at my bank statements Tony had made many charges and multiple charges in one month and adding up to 34,000 a year. I also found out that he was not filing paperwork to the state costing me more money from penalties because he did not file it in a timely manner. Poor customer service and untrustworthy. I have since asked for my information and him and his team have been ignoring my request . Very unprofessional. Stay away from this business I have also read many reviews on the BBB with same issues.
