I eventually hired someone to repair his handy work. At the first hint of a lawsuit he shuts down his business and denies any liability. In two days the job was done to our satisfaction. The first day was for the prep of the site, the second day, the pavers were laid down. They were fast, courteous, energetic and worked continuously until the job was done. They were professional, and when they were done, they gave us instructions regarding when the surfaces would be cleared for use. They were proficient in the way they cleaned up the site so as to leave little if any trace that construction had been performed. Their friendly and professional attitudes would be the reason I would recommend them to anyone needing a good job for the right price.

About four weeks went by and we didn't hear back from him. My husband left him a few texts and phone messages. Atzel ghosted him not returning his calls. I decided to call him and leave a message. Atzel sent a text message explaining the quote he gave us was too low and he would be out of pocket on the job. I don't think the professional way to handle the situation was to stop returning our phone calls. After his text the next day, I sent him a message saying how much is the additional cost? Also, if the pavers are too hard to get maybe we could look for another paver he is able to get. Atzel did not respond to me, he decided to stop responding to us again. This is horrible customer service it's ridiculous. We will look for another company to fix our patio. This is the second company that did not do what was promised. Atzel Pavers and Landscaping are very unreliable. A good business owner would give us a quote that is beneficial for both parties. We never received a contract as promised. Seeing my new gate makes me wish I had gone to Casique to begin with…read more Like many, we never know what we're getting, and like some, even when the job is done, we don't know if it's right or not. With my last fence installation (less than 2 years ago) I thought perhaps the double gate system was less than stellar, but I did not complain. This, however, is about Casique, not them. Not only did Jose and Kanisha both come quickly to assess (in person) the issue, but they also offered an extremely fair price and, most importantly, service within days! Not weeks, not months, days. I realize writing this that it will not always be the case, as I hope they get more work than they ever expected, but their concern, and empathy are astounding. In this day and age, customer service is imperative for every single business, and that is where they equally excel! I say equally, because the finished product is an order of magnitude better than the previous, came with a custom-created metal frame for rigidity, and the proper number of dropdowns. The construction is obviously superior. If you find yourself needing fences, gates, or anything that Jose and Kanisha do, you would be best served in giving them the business and letting them make you as thrilled as we are.
