I have ordered with express delivery at ASOS. DPD already had my package the next day, but I was…read morenot home. The card in my postal box said they would come the next day or I could change it to the saturday. So I chose saturday. But for some reason it also said a different surname (a name that does not even exist in our building) on my order. Only on dpd's website, not ASOS. I checked the next day and the package was not even out for delivery anymore. And when I called dpd they said the order is for standard delivery and not express - after they had PROOF that the package was already there the next day. The guy that I talked to did not even give me a chance to speak. He had no manners and was not professional what so ever. Obviously this company is horrible, they have no good reviews. I do not understand why any company would use them.
