So when I took back only 1 pair this lady after refunding my money wouldn't give me back my receipt for my other 2 sandals I bought. She told me she couldn't give me back receipt because she refunded me all cash for just 1 sandal. I haven't wore any of my sandals yet so I hope I dont have trouble with them because now I wont have my receipt if I need to take the others back. Poor customer service, she was very rude​

And then laughed and was next to us the whole time and was checking the boxes of every box we looked at??? The way I was treated by her left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected when we were simply trying to do business. This kind of behavior is unacceptable! These are shoes that were worn ALOT by someone and then returned...and then sent to me as new. I am so grossed out. I called customer service and they are overnighting a new pair but are still requiring me to touch the shoes again to put them back in the box and drive them to the store to return them instead of placing them in the trash where they belong. So I got someone's disgusting old shoes but now have to drive to the store which is 30 minutes away when I ordered them online to avoid doing just that. NOT HAPPY
