When we got there, they were closed, but Daniela was there and let us in and did everything he could to help us including taking us to various properties on literally no notice. Daniela was professional, warm, and very informative. He was not pushy or annoyed that we were taking up his time. He genuinely wanted to help us in any way he could. We had also been out with agents in other parts of Italy, I was also a real estate agent myself, and Daniela was, by far, the most helpful and gracious.
