Unfortunately, the tech who did the procedure had about as much charm and grace as an old fashioned schoolmarm on a particularly bad day; a little compassion, some form of bedside manner, or even some banal chit chat would have made an uncomfortable procedure slightly more bearable but this gem was having none of that and instead and the time arguing with me about the fact that I had failed to produce my images from a scan I had done years ago in a different city and demanding to know why I had the scan done in the first place. Any attempt to advocate for myself with her was met with defensiveness, and further argument to the point where she claimed the doctor might not read my results and say they are incomplete because she has nothing to compare them to. Um, how do they establish baseline for new patients then? What are they are going to do if the prior images are simply not available? Truly bizarre and I honestly should have just lied. I'm working on the assumption that Nurse Ratchet is an anomaly and try another tech next time; hopefully it will be a more pleasant experience.

I can't believe how much more energy I have each day thanks to my oral appliance. To think I only went in for jaw pain and she changed my entire life. Some doctors rush you in and out, Dr Levi takes the time to do a full history and create a plan to make you feel better.

I exchanged a few emails to find an available time, and I got an appointment for the following week. I received an email confirmation the day before. When I arrived, the administrative staff told me that the appointment was not on the schedule, that Dr Levi was not there yet, and that she already had an appointment at the time she was going to arrive. I showed the administrative staff the email coming from the email address drlaurenlevi@xxxxx but she just told me that this was not a firm appointment if I did not receive a call from them. I understand how this kind of situation happens but it was terribly managed. I have lost 1h of my time. They made me feel like it was somehow my fault. They did not offer to reschedule.

I was in there a week without a wipe to clean myself, forget about a nurse doing anything ! One day after surgery they wanted to release me , I've been flat on my back for a week and spine surgery, I told them I haven't been even sitting up, so by the grace of god I had one visit from physical therapy . once I sat straight up, they released me . My wife had to put me in back seat of car where I laid down for the ride home in pain. Most of the time they would forget to bring a meal, the guy next to me ordered Uber Eats , in order to eat while in hosp. They can have the best doctors and equipment to help you but they don't care about you . Disgusting to say the least ! I would hear fights between staff in hallway about how no one would help each other ! A really bad experience, I lived , but called another doctor and went to them for final care and get stitches out. I will never go back there!
