The Optum system needs help - the phone system and hierarchy is definitely broken but that is no reflection on the care that you will get from Dr. PASQUALE. he is a man on a medical mission.

I was in labor for three days and stayed at the hospital for five and my husband and I still rave about how well we (plus our girl!) were treated. Feasting on salmon, chicken quesadillas, pancakes, and green smoothies pre and post-birth? Your own room? 24-hour nonstop help and advice? A first-time-parent's dream. 5 stars!!!!
